Four Points by Sheraton Norwood

I’m not even sure where to begin with this review.
I had my wedding at the Four Points in Norwood on March 14, 2024 and my experience with them has been out of this world. I got the honor of working with Jayme who has to be one of the more accommodating person I have ever met. She is extremely responsive to all the emails and calls I made to her. I wish I could re-do my wedding 100 times just to relive the moments that the four points let me have. The food was incredible and the grounds are beautiful.
The pricing was so reasonable and the staff that was on for the day of my wedding was amazing as well. I got to work with Ana during the wedding and she was by my side for the entire thing. Greeting us right at the door after the ceremony with some wine and champagne as well as helping with everything else during the night.

I don't travel all that much, but enough that I can recognize great service when I receive it. So many hotels these days have cut back on staff to save a buck. My wife and I were impressed that the property was so well-staffed. The room was very comfy.

Here are a couple examples of excellent service. We had breakfast at the hotel. My wife and I are vegan, so we stuck with a few items at the breakfast buffet that appealed to us. The staff in Zachary's noticed and charged us for a continental breakfast, not the full buffet, and did so without being asked. When we checked out at the 4:00am to catch an early flight, I managed to leave my headphones in my room. I called from the airport when I discovered my oversight and bright-and-early Linda immediately dispatched someone to the room, got the headphones, and they were shipped back to me...the same day.

When we visit the area to spend time with family (granddaughters!) there are properties that are closer...but we tried the Four Points and were most impressed. The extra 10 minutes' drive is a very small price to pay for such good service and a most comfy room. Thanks, all y'all!

We booked with the Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood a little over two years ago for our wedding of 70 guests in December of 2023, after looking for a high value, reasonably priced venue in the Boston area. We were immediately impressed by the professionalism of Mindy Keyes, who knew every detail of the venue and how we could easily bring our vision to life. It’s hard to imagine that you could even get a better deal for your money anywhere else, especially when you consider that the service charge and tax is already baked in. They offer multiple packages to fit all shapes and sizes of weddings and the best thing was EVERYTHING was included in the one price. When I say everything, I literally mean EVERYTHING! Their packages not only included the use of the rooms or food but also included Flowers, DJ, and cake services as well! If you want to add on to what your basic package offers, you can even do that as well with each vendor! The bottom line is, on the day of your event, Four Points by Sheraton Norwood shows up and executes flawlessly, from the decor to the food, to the event management. We have been getting non-stop compliments from our friends and family about how awesome the wedding was and how much fun they had. We can’t thank the team from Four Points by Sheraton Norwood enough!

I attended a two day training in the conference center and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The facilities are modern and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the food at both Zachariah's and One Bistro was so good. The snacks and beverages supplied in the conference center were also great! I would recommend this hotel to my friends, family and colleagues.

Perfect stay! Beautiful clean room, friendly staff that were quick to accommodate. Nice dining options, comfy bedding, and a nice clean pool area. I will be returning.

Food was fabulous at the retirement party we attended yesterday! (Some of Boston's best known TV meteorologists were on hand, like Harvey Leonard, to give a send off to Glenn Field of the National Weather Service.)
Some of the very best salmon I've ever tasted at any restaurant! The sauce was sooo good! My wife raved about the chicken, too. And I also very much enjoyed the spinach and strawberry salad, something almost nobody offers. The chocolate cake and fresh fruit were first class as well.
Definitely not the usual hotel buffet fare here! Compliments to your chef!
(We did not stay here; only attended the party so can't comment on much else.)

Would highly recommend this hotel. It was Clean, well maintained, upscale feel with a lot of amenities to enjoy. I had booked this as a last minute little getaway and was pleasantly surprised. It had a nice restaurant and bar and a breakfast area located inside the hotel. There were also many restaurants and a stop and shop within a 10 mile radius for more options. Quiet and relaxing night away from home.

This is a review purely of their breakfast buffet at Zachariah’s- it’s fantastic!! The selection and quality of the foods offered is fun and exciting. I love buffets because I can have a little of everything, I’m so so pleased Four Points was able to pick this back up after Covid!! The staff is wonderful, this time I specifically was helped by Bernice, who was friendly, flexible, attentive but not hovering, and knowledgeable. Her coworkers have been lovely the other times I’ve come to breakfast here.

Room is clean,comfortable and quiet. Loved the morning jogs around the place. This hotel has a pool and a basic gym to burn off the fats from the delicious restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. Staff is polite, and willing to help. All you need to do is to ask. Shutter service is provided but it's limited to weekdays and non public holidays. The cafe at the ground floor, One Bistro serves good food too, it has a special menu that changes daily.

Took my AP exams here lol, going back this May for the last 2. Super nice conference room and parking is excellent, the bathrooms are nice and clean as well.

This was my 2nd time at this hotel, and this stay was just as good as the first. Room is immaculate. Staff at front desk is very friendly and accommodating. Room is very large. I only wish they had a couch as there appears to be enough space for one. Location is great with lots of restaurants in the area.

A well run hotel. Staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. Both restaurants are very good. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Norwood area.

Our company recently had a seminar for our clients and prospects in this location. The event was a big success and this venue and staff were just great. Their entire team was very accommodating. A big kudos to Meryl, Holly, Debbie and Larry as well as the front desk staff.

We had my son's Bar Mitzvah at the Four points by Sheraton, Norwood. Jayme Dalipovic was our event coordinator and she was absolutely outstanding. So helpful and organized. She made our event a great success. Thanks Jayme - and thanks to all your staff too!

I had an amazing stay. The staff was extremely friendly, particularly at the restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was easy to work and still have space to relax. I give my highest recommendation to One Bistro! The seafood chowder was outstanding.

Went for a catered event for Massachusetts Association of Realtors in one of the ballrooms. The bartenders were great, really know how to pour a good drink. The food was outstanding, roast beef was gone in 20 minutes cuz everyone went back for more. We even had a street taco station with all the fixings. Our tables were kept spotless thanks to the attentive wait staff who never hovered, yet somehow removed plates and used tableware without being noticed. Great service!!

My boyfriend and I are from NY and stayed here for 2 nights while we were in town for a concert, and it was the most amazing 2 nights. The room was immaculate, the bar was a very nice touch, (nice having a cocktail after a 7 hour drive while we waited for our check in), the pool and jacuzzi were gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. (Especially the smoothies) And our waitress was an absolute sweetheart. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!!!
