GrandLux Nail Salon (by Market Street)

Where to start?! First off. The customer service from the get go was 100% amazing - from phones/in person/you name it. My daughter and I got our nails done yesterday - mine were done by Paul (short pink nails) while my daughter had the more fun ones done by Kevin (I can’t do long nails 😂). We will definitely be back!

I had Amy and she was absolutely the sweetest. She made me feel so comfortable when choosing my design and she went above and beyond with it! I highly recommend her as your technician :)

Such fast service! I asked for a nail design, full set, powder dip, and was finished in one hour! Tiffany was so gentle and efficient with her work, probably the best nail tech I've ever had do my nails!

Chris was amazing, actually all are amazing we lived in Flower Mound for three years and I have over the time tried numerous locations and we always come back to Grandlux.
Without a doubt this IS THE nail place to come to. Try it, love it, then leave and go somewhere else…. you will always come back, I promise. Nothing is comparable to the customer experience and quality!!!!

Update: Oct2019: I would recommend this nail salon location to anyone that needs professional service in a timely and efficient manner. The prices are about standard for the area.

Tony, the manager and the nail technicians are always professional in the completion of both of our nails, toes, hands and feet. I brought my wife here to get her nails and toes done today before she leaves for work on Monday. Tony, the manager is always great and a very caring person who gets us in to the shop as needed. Tina who is out of the shop right now, normally does my nails, but Cindy does my toes. Both of these technicians always do an awesome job and will correct any mistake immediately when brought to their attention. Even while we're in the shop, we are offered frozen drinks, wine, and the massage chairs for each customer.

Sept2018: First time here with my spouse who paid for the gift. It was good. My second visit was significantly better to warrant another star! Cindy and Lynn are great and care about doing a great job. There were multiple televisions on in the salon during the time of our visit that were on various channels to watch.

I love this nail salon. They are always so friendly and helpful. Amy is an amazing nail tech, who is always professional and very friendly. She is very accommodating and always does excellent job on my nails every visit. Ask for Amy if you want a beautiful gel manicure!!

Omg JENNY is the woman to see for all of your pedicure needs! Not only does she take her time painting your toes to perfection, she also gives a thorough Grandluxe massage. I was falling asleep and she spend at least 10 minutes on each leg. I’m a server and am on my feet for 8-12 hours, and this is just what I needed!! Love love love Jenny!!

I liked the atmosphere and the woman who helped me. This location is big and they even offer you something to drink. I came in for a pedicure $59.00(don’t mind my tan lines)

I'm so happy with my nails. I don't get my nails done very frequently. They were very transparent about the pricing and made sure to put me with a tech who had the skill to do what I wanted. Helen listened to all my requests and made sure I was happy with the shaping and color before moving on with anything. I was so happy with the result and will go back when I get my nails done again. On top of it all, Helen was so nice and fun to talk to. It was a great experience.

they are open Sundays, have lots of technicians working, and I've always been able to walk in and be seated within 10 minutes. prices are in line with most other businesses in the area. it's in a shopping center so there is no "upfront" parking but there is ample parking. I bring my own polish, in case I have to touch up the tips of my nails, but they have a great selection of colors. they have great new massage chairs, and the techs give a really great leg massage when you opt for some of the "higher end " pedicures. I'll keep coming back.

I have never written a salon review before but on a whim I went to Grandlux yesterday and man I felt like I got the VIP treatment. They told me up front the were busy and asked me to come back after 30 minutes and I happily did so. I got acrylics and a pedicure and the staff was just so amazing and detail oriented! They gave me 15% off since it was my first time there and it will not be my last! They did such an amazing job!

I love the new management and how friendly and helpful they are. I broke a nail and came in to get them fixed and they were so nice and helpful. Trish is AMAZING at what she does. Super detail oriented and makes sure you are happy throughout the process. Highly recommend.

My friend recommended this place to me a few months ago because it is closer to my new job. My mom and I go together and we've been probably 5 times now. We both have zero complaints. I think they are so good! We get in and out in about an hour or less (our last salon was a whole 2 hour process normally). I get a different nail tech each time and they have all been amazing! Try this place, you won't regret it

Walked in on a Friday at 4, and they were able to get me right in and get started! Lynn did an amazing job on my pedicure, great massage, attention to detail, and very friendly. Cindy did my manicure, very sweet and listened to what I asked for. Perfect for this mamas day off!

This nail salon has the best customer service around! I go every month to get my nails done. Steven does my nails and does an excellent job. I go every few months to get a pedicure, and my favorite is the one with the hot wax. They also include a nice leg massage, which is great!
