Went in to look at phones. Mike was awesome. He took his time to explain each phone to me. He didn't make me feel rushed at all. He was knowledgeable about each device I asked about, and even recommended what he thought would be best for my uses. Will definitely be back and let others know about their customer service at this location.

We came into the store to look at information on new upgrades. Johnson was super helpful and friendly in assisting us, and was so patient as I wanted to note what the price difference, months, cost etc. He was multitasking and serving other customers while our phones were getting sorted. Thank you!! It was all done on the famous “Black Friday”!!

Devin at the Verizon store on Bulverde Rd. was the absolute best; very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice as can be. He was able to help multiple people at once effectively and without keeping anybody waiting unnecessarily. We had just come from a different Verizon store in the area where there were four times as many staff and the service / experience was still subpar to what he was able to manage single handedly. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

My experience was so positive I went back two days later and got my daughter a new phone. He was patient with her questions and never made us feel rushed. Highly recommend

Devin was EXCELLENT. Although the store was busy, he greeted every customer that came in with a smile. He took care of each person while working with me and my family to switch out 3 phones and 2 watches. He handled all of it with kindness and professionalism!
