Has been such a convenience since they built this place. Right down the street from our house and it's actually made us rather spoiled because of its close proximity. Service is always great and I enjoy when I'm surprised with food samples in the fruit/vegetable section

I would have to say that this is my favorite HEB location by far. Wide aisles and plenty of stocked shelves. The employees are very friendly and the store is immaculate. I really enjoy the True BBQ restaurant. Talk about some awesome tasting bbq and a great selection of craft beer. Just this place alone makes this HEB worth coming to.

We went here😍, like we have been doing. But, because we met Ms. Janie🦸🏻‍♀ from the kitchen at another great fine establishment in S.A., we decided download the app🤳🏾 and saved $7 on one bill and a whopping $50+ on the other. Omg 😲 I. Love ❤ H.E.B. This company has shown me that things are different in Texas 🇨🇱🎉✨💯. I'm glad this place exists and has the management and staff in place is awesome 👍🏾.

Shout out to la senora giving away the free peanuts 🥜, to Diego and the crew for the love ❤💚 in the guacamole 🥑and salsa💃🏽 and to la senorita, in the fruit department, that was mopping and using the wet floor signs to dry the floor faster.

HEB on Bulverde is now my favorite store.
The service is impeccable. I’m a little late on this review as I’ve been extremely busy. I need to call out two employees that always stand out. New Seafood partner Christian who’s always so friendly and helpful with good info on my selections of fish. Curbside partner Amanda Montez, (I) believe that’s her name is always so cheerful with a beautiful smile and is always careful with our bags and asks certain questions on loading our purchases. Thank you HEB as you have two outstanding partners that continue to give the quality personal touch service missing in society these days. Thank you Amanda and Christian. You are appreciated by this family!

Always clean and organized. Everyone works so hard. The people are friendly but like many other busy places sometimes they forget to interact with the customers. We can't look at people like we do the product. Still happy to have you in my community.

This is My H‑E‑B go to store! Love everything about it. I’m usually there twice a week. The store is always spotless, well stocked and the best employees anywhere! Parking lot has the shopping cart reruns close by which is nice for us seniors. Oh, I love the H‑E‑B brand foods you offer with the lower prices than name brands…quality is awesome.

Before this HEB Bulverde Rd location opened up, in August 2017 we used to go and buy at; 281 & 1604 but this location is always full and too small, or also go to the one by 281 & Evans Rd. but this one is like a warehouse and you will need a scooter to find your groceries along the store,it is super huge.
We enjoy the weekly shoping at Bulverde Rd. early it is better, and then when you are done shopping, pass by the gas station, get some gas and the delicious: "True Texas Tacos" don't forget the salsas!

Guys need to hurry up to get these : " Donut Nectartines" because the season it's ending and you need to taste 'em, trust me, they are so sweet like no other peach or nectarine you have ever eaten!

Love my HEB! Produce always fresh. Bakery items so delicious. Good variety of meats. Entire store fully stocked. What a wonderful shopping experience I've had once again.

His HEB is awesome. Much nicer than most around. Well lit and well organized.
The BBQ plane inside is decent. I asked the guy at the counter what he recommended and he just gave me a blank stare. Maybe if he would of been able to tell me about the menu I would have ordered something better. Over all I give the food at the restaurant a 6/10.
I give the HEB a 10/10.

I usually come here after work in the morning a couple times a week and they're always playing some of the best post-disco/r&b/funk hits over the speakers. There I am looking for an item and I hear the music like I know that song. They always have the items I'm looking for. 5 star experience.

This is our family's preferred H-E-B location. If you haven't tried shopping using their Scan and Go you should definitely give it a try and you'll never look back. Scan the items you put in your cart as you shop and then easily check out with a team member at self check out. Very fast and efficient!

Kudos to HEB for having a well-stocked store on super bowl weekend. It was easy in and out grabbing things I needed for the big game today!

HEB is always great and this one too , strategically placed and well stocked!! Find it useful to statisfy various shopping needs quite well. Obviously compared to other HEBs across San Antonio, this being one of the newest one in the bloc, has a very modern feel to the design of the store. I hope they incorporate more of the digital shopping aspects to the store.

They seem to have a better selection than other HEB stores. More specialty items for more strict diets.

Okay, I admit I had a ditzy moment at this HEB. In my defense, I had not slept well for the past two days due to a family medical emergency, but I was happy that this HEB was well lit and had signs so that I could locate the items and substituted items on my list. My ditzy moment came during the self-checkout line. Now I knew I was a bit sleep deprived, so I went passed the first self-checkout line area. I thought I was walking up to an actual register.

It was another self-checkout, but with a person there to bag my groceries. I had three items, and it took me thrice as long to correctly insert my debit card to make my purchase. Thank you to the young lady for your patience in helping me not once, or twice, but five times in changing the position of my debit card. I thought my receipt would have her name so I could explicitly mention her, but I lost that by the time I was delivering the groceries.

At My H-E-B you can find apples and apple pie. You can find apple sauce and apple juice. They have apple Snapple and sour apple candy. You’ll find apple wood smoked bacon and boxes of Applejacks ready to hurl me into a successful day with a belly full of sugar and 1.2 big parts.
What you absolutely will not find is anywhere to use  Pay.
Mr. Butt, it is 2023, what in doG’s name is the problem. Based on how many of your team members have them in their ears you must issue Apple AirPods to each and every one of them. Siri has no problem suggesting H-E-B for thousands of things that are conveniently stocked in your fine stores but if I only have the most popular phone in the world on me, the phone that the majority of other cellular phone users are fiercely loyal to I’m up Schitt’s Creek. If I leave home with nothing but my phone I can conveniently pay for things at almost every place I patronize. Fruits and vegetables are great for me and they can be great for you too. Embrace  to the core sir. Good day.

Love this HEB! It has everything you need but the store is not overwhelming when you walk in. Very satisfied when shopping here, and the produce section is unbelievable every time I come to this store! It always looks so full and delicious when I do my weekly grocery shopping & the workers are always so helpful when I'm looking for something I can't seem to find.

The people working at this HEB, especially the seafood department are a pleasure to deal with, Additionally I've never had a bad experience with any cashier or bagger. Great store!

I am very appreciative of the attentive staff at this (my neighborhood) H-E-B. I recently ordered wine for my wedding through Diego (manager) and truly appreciated his help. Unlike many things associated with planning a wedding, ordering wine through H-E-B was an incredibly uncomplicated, quick experience.

Found many things on my Thanksgiving meal list. Liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and shoppers. My new go to place for shopping.
