AT&T Store

First time coming to this location and it was great! As soon as i walked in, the manager Alvaro came up to me and helped me set up my new iPhone. He helped me transfer everything over AS WELL AS put on my screen protector for me! It was fast easy and simple! He also helped me purchase a new charger. I personally work in retail/customer service so i make sure to write good reviews because very few people do. Thank you Alvaro and ATT

Had the privilege of being taken care of by Joseph. He was extremely knowledgeable and had me in and out the door with a completed upgrade in less than 5 minutes. Will come back to this store from now on. Great service

I am not currently on a plan, I visited for informational purposes on both service and which device I should get. Noeah, the employee that assisted my boyfriend and I, is absolutely phenomenal. He welcomed us at the door and had a 30 minute conversation with me even though he knew I was not committing today. He is extremely well-versed on the company as well as phones.

I was on the brink of changing providers due to poor customer service I received from 2 previous stores I went to, but that all changed when I made a visit to this store. I was assisted by Noeah that went above & beyond in assisting me with upgrading my phone. Excellent customer service is very rare to find these days, but Noeah restored my faith and proved that it still exists. Not only did he give me great service, but I saw him do the same with other customers that came into the store. I hope he gets rewarded and the recognition he deserves!

Joseph helped me set new business accounts recently. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything to us in full detail. This is the kind of experience I expect every time from a retail store!! I will be definitely referring our family and friends to him. Thanks again 😬😬

I'm not sure what these bad reviews are about for the store. I've never had anything but warm welcomes and AWESOME service above and beyond here!! My last visit a week ago I brought my fiancé in to finally make to swap over from his horrible service from Sprint. He didn't believe me how awesome AT&T was and didn't believe any carrier had good customer service. His mind is now changed.

We walked in and Rupert welcomed us with warm greetings and the manager Becki helped us out. She was easy going and joked around with us like normal human beings, didn't come off annoyed at being at her job and was very knowledgeable answering all the questions that were asked. She helped us out getting my fiancé all swapped over to a new line and phone; not only that she was able to upgrade my phone and my mother's phone on the account and ended up saving money every month with the trade in of our working phones. My bill now with 3 lines and all new phones is the same as it was having 2 lines and phones with payment plans with the discounts and trade-ins.

Whole point is this place has top notch customer service and the staff has always been overly helpful. If someone misunderstands something or doesn't ask for clarification that is on them, tired of these shady reviews misrepresenting great places. Great job AT&T staff 👏keep up the great work.

Pretty much the best customer service I’ve ever had from an in store visit. Warm greetings from a fellow named Rupert when I first entered and one on one assistance from the manager I believe her name was Becky. They did everything they could for my upgrade, applied credits I didn’t know existed, and had my new phone backed up and setup in minutes. A welcome surprise!! Definitely would say this is the store to go to!

I want to again commend George Roberts at the Bulverde and 1604 store. About 11 months ago he helped me. These last 2 weeks we all needed new phones for my family. Both my sons went in there an George helped both of them on 2 separate occasions. George took his time and explained the plan and the product to them. Today my husband and I went back to upgrade our phones. George again remembered us and took his time to explain, set up, and upgrade and my current plan + saved me $$. George is a real asset to AT&T and represents customer service the way it should be. If you need help I recommend to go see George Roberts at the Bulverde/1604 Store. You will be glad you did.

I want to commend Mr. George for his wonderful assistance in helping me with a screen protector replacement. George suggested I checked with my replacement Policy I had on both my iPhone and iPad, and he saved me $$$$. I came back in with the replacements so close to their closing time and George offered to place both screen protectors on, even though it was 5 min before closing time.
George is a true asset to AT&T, he knows how to take care of customers.

I was assisted by Mr. Edward L., I was met with not only a very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable person, but I marveled at the care and patience he gave to me, since I am a Senior and not exactly techno., Savy. I highly recommend if you visit the Bulverde store, to meet with any of their staff, including the Manager (Alvaro) who is excellent at running this store. I will Visit Again!!!

George was courteous and efficient in getting my mom set up with an account. Appreciate the patience and care to fulfill her service requests. All the staff were friendly and helpful while managing an influx of customers.

Staff member, Terrell waited on me and was really friendly and knowledgeable. I have also had George wait on me and he is great also. I feel like these two guys can help me with my phone and answer any questions.

After a 2hr excruciating experience to resolve an issue with AT&T''s offshore tech support, it was so refreshing to get real customer service at the Bulverde Store from Trevor and Sergio!!!! Not only were we greeted when we entered, Trevor listened and comprehended immediately my issue and went to resolving it!! I can't give enough stars for the great customer service I received from the AT&T team here. If only AT&T would work on getting their offshore customer service to function like Trevor and Sergio. Thank you again Trevor and Sergio for your exceptional customer service.!

Rupert was my main customer service rep but he, George and Marina all worked together seamlessly to provide me the best possible service. They were friendly and patient and eager to help. Thank you for a great experience!

I was greeted within seconds of stepping through the door and an associate (Emilio) came to assist me in another few seconds. He was helpful and efficient in taking care of my issue, which wasn't actually any issue with AT&T, but switching service from one phone to another. He also took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left. I'll return to this location if I need help with anything else.

Amazing customer experience. Trevor went above and beyond to help us after all the issues we were going through. Went to several other stores and they were very rude and not helpful at all. They were not willing to work with us. I absolutely love the Bulverde and 1604 store and the people that work there. We will definitely be back!

Joseph and Jorge were great in helping me with my new phone. They stayed late to ensure all was properly taken care of. Excellent service and friendly too.
