Drug Crafters Pharmacy is great. The product quality is consistently outstanding every time and on time. But, I have to brag on Alisha. Alisha is amazing and she goes above and beyond for her customers, even if she is not the customers rep. I am completely impressed with Alisha's professionalism and customer service. I know I can count on Alisha every day!

The pharmacy is organized and consistent. I know what to expect and I always receive quality service. When I speak to the pharmacist I get patient, detailed, info specific to my needs. Thank you.

Drug Crafters is excellent! We used them many years ago, then switched to a different pharmacy that was closer to us. Recently, that pharmacy has had a real issue with quality, timeframe, and pricing. So, we switched back to Drug Crafters, and we're happier than before! Customer service is excellent (shoutout to Isabel E.- she's compassionate, helpful, and very responsive), prices are more than fair, and most importantly, quality and TIMEFRAME for delivery are excellent. Drug Crafters meets or exceeds delivery estimates every single time! We won't go anywhere else again.

I have been using drug crafters for over a year now and have always had exceptional service. My most recent order is what prompted me to write this review. Alicia was able to get my order processed and shipped to me quicker than normal so my patients had no lapse in treatment. Alicia definitely saved the day for me yesterday and had all of my orders overnighted directly to the office. THANK YOU ALICIA!!!

I have been using this pharmacy for several months now and I have had nothing but amazing service here. Every time I call they are so kind and helpful.

The pharmacy techs here are so knowledgeable and fantastic. The communication is 10/10, and they’re so consistent and thorough.

I've been using Drug Crafters for almost a year now and their customer service is bar none. Not only because of my interaction with staff, but because they actually listen to their customers and adjust their services/product (with in the scope their able of course) accordingly. I didn't think I'd ever be impressed with a compounding pharmacy, but Drug Crafters is an outstanding establishment and I am very happy I found them. Keep up the great work Drug Crafters Team!

Drug Crafters now has a nurse practitioner within their pharmacy and I was interested in trying it out as I don’t currently have a PCP.

I went there yesterday for a visit and Christine has the best bedside manners. She took the time to go through my questions and even drew labs as well which I was surprised that she was able to do there.

The Pharmacy itself is welcoming and has great products to look at. Although it does take a couple of days to get the meds, I don’t mind waiting because I want to be sure what I am injecting has been tested and approved before I receive the product.

While picking up my medications, the Pharmacist, Seema counseled me on them and provided me with even more knowledge about what I was receiving. She took the time to answer my questions that I had and I didn’t feel rushed at all.

Shout out to Jessica Rodriguez and Alisha Reedy for always making my visit a great experience! I work for a wellness clinic in Dallas (OhZone) and always place large order’s with these guys! Never had a negative experience. They will definitely make it happen and will always have a smile on there faces! Love this place!

I have been struggling with hormone replacement therapy for years now, and Pyle (sp?) At Drug Crafters took the time to answer some important questions that I couldn't get answered by my doc or my previous pharmacy regarding my biest cream. I'd been having trouble with my absorption, and she told me of a new application site nobody else mentioned to me before, behind my knees! She also told me to vary the site I used each day, because the tissues get saturated, and will impede absorption. God bless her and the brilliant person who recognized her value! I have not only received fast friendly service from whoever I speak to at Drug Crafters, but they will also seek to find the answers to my questions, and if they can't, will find someone who can. That is how I was blessedly introduced to Pyle. Additionally, their biest cream formulation rubs into the skin readily! A significant improvement from my previous pharmacy. I would have to write a novel size review to try and include all the benefits I've received from switching to Drug Crafters. From my heart, thank you all for your passionate commitment to customer service.

Okay, who leaves reviews for a pharmacy? I guess I do. They really have been patient with me and I appreciate that. I live 50 minutes away but my Dr is near them and they specialize in what I needed compounded. Once it was prescribed, they told me it would be 1-2 business days, which my pregnancy couldn’t take, so they had it done within an hour. The pharmacist sat with me and explain explicitly what I needed to do to administer the injection and answered all my questions. My second vial was defective so I had to drive back up there. They replaced it. My dr also did a refill and they quickly refilled it on the spot while I was there. I know compounding can take time and I know I wasn’t always the kindest, but they were very kind and patient. I was very thankful they were sensitive to me during a stressful time.

I’m not one to get excited over a Pharmacy, but I have to say that I really enjoy picking up my monthly prescription at Drug Crafters. The staff is super friendly, the pharmacists have been very helpful & knowledgeable and the front store always has high quality supplement selections as well as the cutest products. Picked up some teeth whitening strips & supplements along with my prescription today. Cleanest pharmacy I’ve ever entered. Keep it up Drug Crafters!

Literally the best compounding pharmacy I have ever used and will only use! Amazing customer service, and most importantly, the best quality products! Compounded meds are not something that can be picked up in minutes. They are custom medications that can take a couple days because they are hand made, specifically for you. If another pharmacy says you can pick up in minutes, be VERY skeptical about that pharmacy because more than likely they didn’t test the products! That’s why I trust this pharmacy because they spend the time to make a high quality product! Whatever therapy you are on, use Drug Crafters for the best results!

I have nothing but excellent comments with Drug Crafters. From my first phone call, that was answered right away to the assistance I received on the call. When dropping off my prescription, greeted with a smile. Plus the call back to ensure exactly how much of the prescription I would like to choose as their were options at a cost savings..What more could you ask for!! Professional, great attitude, efficient!!! So happy I have found them!!!

Aaron gave the best customer service I’ve had in a very long while! I was a couple of minutes late, they had closed but she was so very kind to let me in and we quickly got my cats much needed meds! In a world where ‘NO’ is everywhere, this was utterly appreciated! Thanks again Aaron!
