Elida and I worked on a pretty big rehab update on my home to get it ready to sell. She was fantastic! Elida is a great communicator. Fast with responses and she knew everyone I needed to hire to make quality updates to my home. We sold our home quickly and were very happy with our experience. I must say right from the beginning Elida Martinez sat down and listened to what my husband and I were looking for . She even had us write down specifically what each of us wanted and with that information looked tirelessly to find us the best fit. She is very professional and friendly and kept in touch with us almost daily keeping us in the loop of places she found or areas in which she was looking. We always felt she was looking out for our best interest and not just rushing us . I at times am and can be very particular about things and she was incredibly patient. In the end she found us the most wonderful home at a price that worked for us and we are incredibly thankful for her,her hard work and her true interest in our family. Even after the closing she continued to see how we are doing and to see if we need any services from her. She is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
