I have been going to this location for years and when my desktop crashed trying to update windows 11 and I didn't have sound the tech Adan Leo's was so very helpful. He went over and beyond.☺ I had pictures of my deceased husband and daughter he retrieved them and answered questions even when I called him ☺he was pleasant and patient and when I picked up my computer he even put it in my car for me!!! Thanks Adan!! You're the best!!☺

Bought $$$$$ worth of computer equipment last week only to get an email notification of the new black friday sale of the same items that were several hundred dollars cheaper than what I paid for. I went in to the store to see if they would match the lower price and provide a refund for difference. I spoke with Trevor, he was unsure if it was possible, but he persisted and I received a refund of the difference. The reason why I come back to this store is because of Trevor and his effort to go above and beyond and not give up! Thank you Altex and Trevor for your help with this!

I've been bringing my computers here to be fixed for 6 years now. Never any issues with service. Pick up and drop off are easy!

There were quick to respond to my questions and were very competent in the job they were assigned to do. Any techy fans that want to upgrade or fix their computer this is the place to go.

Super friendly staff. Overly priced on a lot of their products. 62 bucks for 25 keystones is pretty crazy. Can get 50 for 70 bucks at Graybar.

Solid computer parts store. Good alternative to Best Buy and has more individual parts to select from on site if you need something quick

Very knowledgeable salesman..most importantly..able to translate the tech to a level I'd grasp in my terms. A new m.2 drive,and some ddr4 ram.. but more then something blind off ebay or amazon.. the knowledge that it will be compatible and work.

Fixed my laptop well. Fair price. Had trouble explaining things in a way a 72 year old could understand.

Staff knows everything and can help you 99% of the time. They are starting to be more pc gaming friendly with more options. They are priced higher than amazon, but definitely provide a great experience.

One of my new favorite stores. The home systems i install are Unifi architecture, and a customer asked to install 2 cameras two days before I was to go out of town. No way Amazon was going to get me the cameras, but altex had what I needed at a slightly higher price than Amazon and the manufacturer, but comparable to market price. This was my first time here and one of the staff could tell. He pointed me in the right direction and even showed me where the USB C cables were located. He didn't hover but was there if I needed it. Had me in and out in under 15 minutes. Thanks Altex.

When you're in SA and need cables or hardware for an install, you can most likely find it there.

Trent was awesome, very passionate about his job and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us build a Great gaming computer despite our lack of knowledge and stayed within our budget. This is the second gaming computer built with Altex highly recommended them a special thanks from our son to Trent.

Not knowing what to do I came here, looking for Any sort of a solution ..

Thankfully, I spoke to the 1st gentleman clerk at the row of register's- with employees behind them...

He responded immediately, having an instant solution for my " 2 yr old kittys - gonna - attack - wires problem."
He patiently walked me over to the aisle & items, explained how to use it.
I was quite impressed, guaranteeing I will return to this shop!

An excellent computer parts store! They accidentally recommended me a bad part and I wasn't able to bring the receipt to prove I bought it from them even though they knew that I did. So, instead of giving me flak about it, they were super cool and funded it anyways.

I'm glad I didn't take the item out of the wrapper otherwise I might not have been able to do that.

But yeah, super professional!

I was in desperate need for a funky cord for my TCL tv and Walmart and Best Buy were no luck. Altex didn’t have the exact cord, but Mario went above and beyond to call another location and when they didn’t have it he found me a substitute! Absolutely well done, will be coming back for any other tech needs. Thank you Mario!!
