Our fave local shop. They not only have the best selection around, but we love the manager. He always takes time to show us EVERY little thing and is super patient. This is the only shop to visit, periodt!

My go to store for all things vape. They know what's up on devices, supplies, juice, & the deltas. Best in town !

Victor and Shelby were so helpful & accomodating. The store is impeccably clean and well-priced; I won't be going anywhere else for a while now. Best in the area!

Everytime I visit this location, they always have what I'm looking for and apply my rewards if I have any before even asking which I appreciate, staff has always been friendly, attentive and chill, love coming here and will continue to do so♥

This location has a really nice selection of basically everything. Has the most elf bars I’ve seen. Really clean and chill place. The customer service was spot on 💕

I had bought a flavor from here a few weeks ago and could not get the lid off. I decided to bring it back in hopes that someone there could get it off or maybe they would sell me the same flavor at a discount. The man who I think owns the place or at least manages it, worked on the lid for a while and finally had to use something to stick up under it and pry it off. He got it off and we realized the cap had been faulty, but it was working at this point. I was very appreciative of the time he spent just trying to open a lid for me. I drive from Boerne to go to this vape shop. They are always courteous and helpful.

The people who work there are usually friendly and happy to answer questions. On this occasion, the guy took a lot of time looking for the flavors I wanted. He even went and checked the back. The store is clean and not cluttered. I travel out of my way to get my vape stuff here.

Well stocked with a friendly staff. Place was quiet on my visit. I asked if business was good and was informed that they get a lot of walk in traffic. With the University close by. I was happy to hear that as this is a convenient place to stop in for a few supplies on the way home.

Amazing quality service. I don't think I'll be going to any other shop in town! They helped with everything I needed and built great rapport by helping me out with the product I purchased and I could not be happier with this location. Thanks!!!

Ive been to most of the Smokers Galaxy locations in town and by far this one was my favorite/best experience yet. I had never been to this location before (Babcock and 1604 store). Very big, spacious store and very clean. When u walk in it smells very clean and fresh, no overpowering smell of incense like a lot of smoke/vape shops, just very clean. The guy working, I think his name was Drew, im bad w names so I hope I remembered right lol, he was awesome. I went in to just buy one bottle of juice and ended up buying 3 and several other items because he was so accommodating and knowledgeable about everything in the store. He was working alone and still managed to help several other customers and me without making me feel ignored or keeping anyone waiting.
The only negative was some of the pricing on their hardware...tanks, mods etc. They are a bit too high to be honest. Even the pricing on stuff some of the smoking accessories were kinda high. Other than that, great store and fantastic A++ customer service.

We were traveling from Houston and needed a smoke shop so we looked up reviews and found this one. Glad we stopped in Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us all the information that we needed to make a wise purchase. Definitely recommend this location

This store is great, very clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with their products. I'm very picky about my vape shops and this is definitely a shop I could see myself returning to many times. They have a wide selection of products not limited to vaping only, and they are open late! Woohoo
