My agent Wenyu Zhao was so helpful today! I had some difficulties with my case and she gave me lots of advice and suggestions how to resolve my issues! She was the 7th person I talked with about it, and all others just dropped the phone call or suggested I call someone else. If I could give her 10 stars, not 5, I would! 👍 Thanks!

Very Nice staff

Went in today to open a business account and inquire about lines of credit & Haney, branch manager, basically denied me being able to open a business account and did not even attempt to be helpful on a line of credit. I was grilled on my paperwork from the SOS & IRS, and made to wait for the LOC officer, who then announced she was the branch manager. I was made to feel as if I was not welcome in their establishment by all of the questions they were asking: what does your business do and why do you need the money? Why are you coming to our bank? How did you hear about our bank, because I want to know who referred you? As a Latina with a business that has been operating for over 3 years, 6 figure grossing, I was shocked that this bank operates this way. This is an Asian bank-and was practicing in a discriminatory manner towards me. Very disappointing
