My visit to Macy's was absolutely delightful! The store's ambiance was inviting, and the wide range of products made my shopping experience enjoyable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me. From trendy fashion to home goods, Macy's had it all. The seamless checkout process was an added bonus. Macy's remains a go-to destination for a satisfying and diverse shopping spree!

Three story Macy’s store located within the mall. First floor is women’s shoes, handbags, clothes, makeup, and perfume/cologne. Second floor is kid’s selection and Toys R Us section. The second floor also has Macy’s backstage with items at a discounted price. The third floor is furniture and home items. The store is beautifully designed with escalators to take you to the different floors. Best way to save is downloading the Macy’s app and creating a free account. That way you can receive points on your purchases and see all the sales.

We went to this store yesterday to some clothes . They had the black friday sale going on already a week prior .They had good collection and selection for clothes. My wife wanted to buy some shoes as well , they had good offer for that too.
We go here often and they usually are not crowded and they have ample of parking also.

I was looking for some men's calogn, Lady was very helpful and kind, plenty of amazing fragrance to choose from. Store was very clean and atmosphere was very peaceful. I will definitely return for my shopping needs.

The staff here is so nice. Just moved here and had to buy new work wardrobe. They have a large backstage section which helped me a lot. The prices are the prices but the staff is number one. I enjoyed my talks with Vickie in backstage.

Elisa, a sales clerk that was working in Ladies dresses on 11/5/ 23 at the Frisco Location, went above and beyond with her customer service skills. She made my experience with Macy’s very pleasant and it was worth the 3 hour trip. Thank you again Elisa people like you are hard to find now days. You are a jewel!

Came to Macy’s for a suit and got a better brand and price than Nordstrom Rack down the street! Keneth Cole!

👍 Clearances today (Sunday 8\13). Tax Free weekend a bonus. Found $20 Fila Kicks (regular price $85) & 3pairs 2.00 reading 👓 for 9.00. Being 7 PM: The store was unusually trashed. What a hot mess. 60% off Suit sale. Too late & 107° not conducive to try on dress clothes though.

On a previous experience:. Kudo's to the young folks for helping me locate my tablet in the men's department after the store closing after 9:10 p.m. I was shopping for suits for myself and my fiance as well as selecting two colored (navy & red 15×32) spread collar dress shirts for myself. Lauren and Calvin Klein sport the most comfortable professional attire dress shirts & Tommy Hilfiger the most comfortable navy, grey & black suits & separates. My day was long & I was ditzy, fatigued, & forgetful all evening 're: My purchases & personal belongings. Thank you Macy's for exemplary & kind care.
The only shortcoming I witnessed was that both fitting rooms on second floor were almost as messy as my closet. Easy for shoplifters to thrive.

I usually find what I need at a great price. Friendly, well-trained staff.

The young man in customer service he has a Hawaiian name. He was very efficient and went to see if the item I needed was there and it was he put it up for me so I could come pick it up! He possessed excellent customer service skills! I really appreciate what he did!

Nice apparel and beauty products section with large varieties. You have multiple options to choose products.

I went to the fragrance department to sample and find a new scent I would love. Yvonne assisted me and helped me find just that! She was very patient, helpful, and friendly. I usually shop online but thanks to her and the other ladies in the department I had a great shopping experience in store 🙂

I am not a big fan of crowds. I mostly order my things online from Macy’s but if I need to make a return or need something quicker, I love to go here. It’s not crowded. Decent selection. Great parking. Not a lot of employees, but the ones I encounter were nice. No complaints.

The actual mall is super empty though. I really hope this location is not shut down soon.

Anytime I've come here, the employees have been sweet and helpful. It's a regular Macy's so nothing really special about that part.

The salesperson in bedding, Priscilla is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful!

Macy's is the best store to shop at, you'll find whatever you need, they always provides good deals. They always provides good customer service. Just know you will be happy if you shope at Macy's. One of their managers at Frisco store Ms. Viviana is the best! She would go to any length to help customers out. Love Macy's a lot!

Great sale and good displays of merchandise.

Kudos to Hash, @ Macys Willowbend who works in the ladies shoe department. He is always friend, happy & helpful. He is so patient and always willing to assist be it with shoes or pursed. I hope Hash gets the recognition he deserves!

Zaira was very thoughtful and helpful when we were looking for perfumes. I really appreciated her help. We opted to it buy fragrance for now but when we're ready, we know where to go and who to see!
