Dillard's

Still Dillards, but it is really incredible to how few people are at the mall. Back in the day, on any given Sunday, there would have been a couple hundred people in the store. Today i counted maybe 20, workers included. Christmas selection was beautiful though! I could spend a couple grand in there easy!

Every few years my husband decides he needs new Levi’s, so off we go to Dillard’s. This time he didn’t find his 550 in his size, but being the flexible guy he is, he tried another brand.
Dillard’s was very well lit and the displays appealing.

They also had a piano section where guest can play piano as well

The shoe department is fantastic. I’ve been searching for wide sized 11 bedazzled shoes for my wedding and the gentleman Fortune— was THE BOMB! He helped me find the shoes in my size online and even ordered it for me!

In addition, he took care of my mother’s return and made it easy!

Thank you so much! Y’all need to take care of him!

Demi in Lancome cosmetics was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the best Christmas presents for my friends and family. She is great !

I am telling you what. This store is only getting better, mostly thanks to conscientious staff who take their work seriously and with pride and joy. We all enjoy a bit of shopping when we can, and sometimes it is a dull, soulless experience wandering around a store and hoping to find that exact something or that inexact something. It gets tiresome and sometimes hopeless.
Dillard's employees are like your shopping sidekicks, your C3PO of exploring the sandy dunes for what you need.
We found our helper in the kind, vivacious assistance from a gal in the men's accessories/cologne counter. Renate (not sure of spelling) was quite delightful as she showed us around to the different counters and helped us to discover a new cologne for the upcoming Father's Day gift we wanted. She was patient and yet pointed us in all the right directions so we could decide. What a joy to have her assistance! We purchased a new cologne and got a few samples of a couple others. Due to a promotion we also got a small gift of a travel mini container for cologne. Of course, as I always do, I saved the perfume-soaked sample cards of the different fragrances we had tried. They will be in the dresser drawers at home to provide a nice scent and we will remember how helpful Renate was for a long time.

Only went for a gift exchange but was met with helpfulness. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Went in needing a white Oxford and didn't know anything about the sizes. Steve in the men's suit area was so helpful measured me up, found me all kinds of shirts and was so friendly! He went above and beyond! If you need a dress shirt go see him! The lady I think he was training was also so nice and helpful!

Good place, professional staff. Im in, get clothes, know where they are,my size (no need to try on), Im out. 10 mins. Beats going to Walmart, get accusted by pajama wearing green haired freak.

I went to Dillards for the first time in years recently—I was surprised how much better this is than Macys or any other department store. Great selection, both on the luxury and economy spectrum of products, and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. I’m a fan, and will go here first from now on when I need something.

Dillard's is a great place to shop, lots of good deals and quality items.

I had to buy a formal dress for a gala event, and this Dillard's has such a vast selection and in many sizes. I had already been to many stores. The woman who works in Dillard's formal dress department is also so lovely and helpful. I was so happy after trying on 10 dresses to finally find one! I felt like a bride from Yes to the Dress! Lol.
