I've been coming here for almost 2 years and I LOVE it! Jason and Lily are the BEST and they do EXTRAORDINARY work! They're always so friendly and get me in and out quickly!!! And there's an older lady who does the pedicures and she's AWESOME!!! Definitely recommend this place for anyone who's looking for affordable, quality work!!!

I had seen tons of good reviews about this place on yelp and definitely want to give it a try. My technician was Mimi, and she was absolutely wonderful! We had a great conversation, and she nailed exactly what I was looking for! I showed her a reference photo, but wanted something a little bit less hot pink and she got exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend.🤍🤍

Great service! Everyone there is so nice and patient. Loved my nails, found my new go to place! Highly recommend! Rey really outdid herself with this marble set, my favorite set I’ve had in a while!

Excellent service! Have had many pedicures here but decided to try the "dip" nail technique. I loved it!

I continue to use Charisma for both pedicures and nails! The owner is kind and wants everyone to enjoy their experience. I've had the same nail tech for at least two yrs now. Always top notch service!

I came here the other day after having a horrible experience somewhere else. I’ve been told I needed to come to Charisma for a while and was hesitant. Idk why but now I REALLY regret not having been here sooner!

Quality of service was top notch and the customer service was the best. I honestly couldn’t tell you which was better.

Jason was the one who took care of me and he was awesome. I came in with seriously tragic nails and left with my favorite set that I’ve ever gotten. I went in and basically let him do whatever and I couldn’t be happier!

The salon seriously has so many color options it’s insane hahaha They offer beverages and it’s very clean

I feel like prices are fair (they offer 5% discount if you pay in cash)

Basically I don’t like this place... I LOVE it and DEFINITELY recommend to everyone!

(Please excuse my disgusting hands, I recently was cutting down trees and a branch fell on my hand lol and my hands are just gross but my nails look amazing 💁🏼‍♀)

Excellent customer service and beautiful job done! 💅 The lady who did my nails got them done in no time at all so I was able to get a full set with powder coat and still make it to my next class. She was very funny and sweet. The manager was welcoming and also very hilarious. Amazing, quality, and clean🌷

I come to Charisma Nails for Mimi and also the great service from all the staff! I have been coming to Mimi for my nails for several months now and she is so consistent and has been able to execute any design I bring to her. I had a hard time finding a nail tech to keep returning to, but Mimi is so great! I always leave happy and I get so many compliments on my nails. Prices are also not through the roof like some salons these days.

I went to Charisma for the first time tonight because one of my coworkers recommended them when I was looking for a decent nail salon to go to. Well let me tell you! Tu and Rae went above and beyond! I've never been more happy with my nails than I am right now. And you really cant beat the prices. I dont see myself going anywhere from now on! Thank you guys so much! You definitely have another loyal client to add to your books.

They did an awesome job on my nails, very good with my fingers because they are not straight fingers they got the nails right. I am loving the color selection they have. I will most definitely be returning!

I got my lashes done today with Mimi and have the best experience ever while getting lashes done! She was punctual, organized & timely. Her space was clean and she made the overall experience comforting.
My lashes came out better than I could've hoped and she made sure to communicate throughout my appointment to ensure I got what I liked. When I looked in the mirror at the completed set, I almost cried because of how beautiful I felt. I'm so thankful to have been recommended to her & can't wait to work with her more in the future!

Charisma nails is the only nail shop that I would go to get my nails done and by far the best nail shop in San Antonio. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to my nail design needs. I have been going here for 3 years and have never left disappointed. 💗

This was first of what will be many visits for me at this nail salon. I am new to the area, so I was looking for somewhere I could go and I was not disappointed at all. You have good people, good work, and good prices....what more do u need?

I absolutely adore Rae here!! She is amazing at nails and always does exactly what I ask for. I have been coming here for about 2 years now and have never been dissatisfied. If you are looking for a new nail place would definitely recommend this place is a 10/10.
