I was helped by a manager to find some specific ear buds and he helped me then went and checked me out so I didn't have to wait in line. Very professional service and highly recommend.

Clean, easy floor plan. Support staff are nice to work with. This store manages to keep inventory stocked better than others.

Tamera and Elora were AMAZING at helping us deal with an account issue. They were so patient and kind. Very personable. I will only go to Best Buy McKinney ever again

Mike in the Computer department was amazing! I have never had a better experience buying anything before and I would highly recommend him to teach you anything tech wise. He was informative, knowledgeable and an overall all trustworthy employee. I could tell he really cared about giving me the right product and Information for my specific need.

I bought a Samsung G9 moniter and had trouble operating it with my specific computer but he took the time to look it up and provide me the right info and product to get it working properly when I went back to ask for help. I hope Best Buy can tell this guy knows his stuff and will try to retain him as much as possible! Thank you Mike for your help on getting my new purchase to work properly!

Went to Best buy looking for some odd connectivity equipment. I knew what I needed, just didn't know where to look.

It looked as though there was very few associates in the store aside from a cashier, and security. But along came Bob! Bob is an older gentleman, and helped me find everything I needed in one go. He helped me from beginning to end of sale.

Great guy, extremely friendly and Helpful. There needs to be more Bobs in the world. I hope this review finds you Bob. I really do appreciate everything you did for me.

Best buy is always nice. I have noticed recently that the shipping is fallen to average. My espresso machine, I just returned, was in its box, and thats it. Hence box was damaged and not realkt sure about item. B

It's hard to go wrong with Best Buy! I got a great deal on a 75" Fire TV. I did the shopping online and showed up at the store to pick up the TV. The service was fast and friendly! My TV and mount were ready when I arrived, and they also offered to help load it. I'll definitely be shopping here when I need more electronics! Highly recommended!

I had another excellent shopping experience today at BestBuy. This location had plenty of staff to help me with technology questions. The location is clean and well cared for along with plenty of space to get between rows. I came in for something I had ordered online but took the opportunity to check out other bargains today. I plan to return as I was able to make my additional purchase and pick up my online order all in a timely fashion while getting to preview some of the latest technology. Thanks again for making my time well spent.

This location was clean, well organized, and well staffed. We purchased a new refrigerator in th majir appliance department. The sales associate, William Gestner, was knowlegable, attentive, patient, and helpful. Even though we live near the Park Lane location, we drove back to McKinney to work with W.G.

Matthew and Anthony from Geek Squad were amazing!! Matthew did great on fixing my computer really quickly, and Anthony was so sweet, communicative, and went above and beyond to try and help! They really do give top notch customer service

Paul Rios and Carlos from the Geek Squad are by far the best all around. I had an issue with a delivery from Best Buy. Fair warning, if you order anything and want it delivered, make sure you use the Geek Squad because if not, then you get a third party delivery service and they suck. Trust me I know! Won’t go into details but it was the worst experience. If it not been for Paul Rios one the managers, I would have cancelled the whole order and went somewhere else. He made sure that my order was handled by Geek Squad for delivery and installation. Carlos was there on time. Did a great job on keeping me informed on everything that was going on. My bad experience went to a very pleasant one. Carlos did not leave until he made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything and showed me how to work the remote controls. Paul called the next day to make sure everything was good and if I had any problems or questions. What wonderful customer service. I did not realize that I was getting a third party delivery service and I will tell you that the were horrible and very unprofessional. I can only hope that Best Buy gets rid of them. Thank you Paul and Carlos and the rest of your team for making sure that I was taken of in a timely fashion.

I ordered a deep freeze from this location. I was particularly impressed with Roman and the other gentleman who delivered the freezer. They were professional courteous and thorough. First rate service

I would highly recommend Best Buy to my friends and family based off of how wonderful my experience at this location has been. I was fortunate to work with William G. and he went above and beyond while helping. William was patient with my lack of knowledge, he properly educated me on products to assure I would be purchase the right items and really took the time to provide demos with the displayed equipment. Great service from the moment I walked in the door. I went in looking for a PC and Harris was a great help and super knowledgeable. I would recommend asking for him when shopping for PCs.

The visit went perfect. I was looking around before getting the item I originally went for, as usual. Then a gentleman came by to ask if I needed anything. He helped me order the item, which was pretty much and online exclusive type item. He was well trained and knowledgeable on how to order and how the item worked. He also confirmed it was exactly what I was needing. Great job 👏

Very helpful. These associates were on top of their game when it came to customer service. Found what I needed. It was extra cost compared to online, but that's what you pay for being convient.

We ordered ahead they had our purchase ready and brought it to car promptly when we got there app was easy to let them know our arrival and lot we parked in

My husband always comes to this Best Buy. He took our son to buy the new Oculus today and the sales rep was nice enough to take a picture with him since he was so excited and I couldn't be there to see. Thank you guys 😊

Went in about a week ago to get a TV. Paul was absolutely awesome. Initially we worked with some random guy in home theater who ended up taking a 15 while we were looking at stuff (totally wild right?), but Paul stepped in to save the day! Paul was kind, knowledgeable, and super friendly! He made sure we had a total solution and was the hero of getting tv into our vehicle. Whatever manager reads this you better treat Paul to lunch because he deserves it!

I had a great visit on 6/26/23! I came in looking to buy a MacBook charger, but had some trouble finding one. I asked a worker, I think his name was Matt? I'm not sure but his name tag said he was a supervisor or something. He was very kind and went to the back of the store to grab a charger for me. Right before I paid he realized he got me the wrong changer and promptly corrected it. I appreciated that very much as I was about to spend quite a lot of money on this charger (apple product are way to pricey). Anyway all the workers seemed very busy, but happy to help with all the customers needs. this is a great store and the employees deserve lots of praise for being such great sports in this heat! Keep up the great work!
