Dr. Lu is very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a new patient of hers and I am glad to have found her. I went there for an annual physical exam. I told her that I have had stomach issues on and off for many years. None of my previous doctors did any test but only prescribed medication. Dr. Lu had me tested for H pylori, a very common and treatable bacteria infection, which left untreated causes various symptoms or potentially stomach cancer. Sure enough, the result was positive.and she put me on a combination of antibiotics and stomach medication. Will have a follow-up test to make sure the infection is completely eradicated. She also did a few other tests necessary for my age and concerns, which again no other doctor had done before. Thank you, Dr. Lu.

The receptionists and nurses are very professional and pleasant too. The clinic is very clean, neat and nicely decorated.

I have been seeing Dr. Lu for a couple years now and she is great! Sits and talks answers questions and earlier this year detected some heart issues sent me right away to cardiologist. Just in time. Very thankful to her.

DO NOT GO HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I needed an annual exam. Went there for the doctor to not fully exam me, or ask any questions about my health or well being. Did not address any of my concerns and did not discuss my lab results with me. This place should be SHUT DOWN.

I was still a little concerned after speaking with Dr. Xiaohui Lu at Med Pro Clinin during my initial visit. All of my questions were not answered and that’s not a good experience. I’m literally over here search for another doctor just so they can talk to me about my labs and answer a few other questions I have. So sad. I will say that Dr. Lu did sit with me for about 30 minutes to answer “some” of my questions. However, I still left the office concerned. After emailing Med Pro Clinic my labs from the previous doctor, I was still asked about information on my labs that was in pain view on the paper for her to see it prior to me arriving. It was a little annoying to send my paperwork ahead of time, inconveniently, and she didn’t take the time to review them. One of my most important concerns consisted of her telling me to immediately stop taking a medicine that I should be tapering myself off. In addition, there was no type of follow up to see how things were going. Unfortunately, in America, it’s a numbers game with healthcare providers.

Stop dont go here. Apparently you need to make a follow up appt (and pay) to discuss lab results? My health care needs are pretty simple, maybe a few questions here and there, but nothing crazy. If you are looking for an annual exam or to see a PCP few times a year, I wouldn’t go here. During my first visit I got my annual bloodwork done, and a few came back abnormal. I had some questions regarding some of the tests and what they meant. The nurse wasn’t very informative and only focused on one of my lab results, when others clearly needed to be addressed. When I asked about a specific one, the nurse did not know how to answer and googled my question then read the answer back to me. Nurse also advised that the dr. usually speaks with you at your next appt regarding lab results…insisting I had to make an appt to discuss my tests? Also, I only had about 5 minutes of actual face time with the doctor during my appointment. Would not recommend.
