Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

Nice new coffee shop in North Frisco. The place was clean and welcoming. We ordered a Creme Caramel and it was ready in no time. The staff was courteous and patient, given our first time there. It is directly across the street from the new UNT building on Preston.

One of my favorite places for a meeting or to hang out with friends is this spot. The staff is super friendly, and the drinks are amazing. I love being able to come in and try their seasonal drinks as well. However, this week, I wanted some protein, so I ordered a quiche. WHYYYY haven't they told me about this before? It was oh SO GOOD!

The kitchen service was fast and convenient, despite an art show occurring. The menu was very easy to read, although, unless you're used to coffee shop lingo you might not be sure about certain options. The crew members were friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The lemon bar and strawberry lemon drink was accurate and delicious, although maybe a little over blended in regards to being a frozen drink. The art show made it probably a little louder and slower than their typical experience so overall a great experience. I will return.

I would go here almost once a week because I had class at the Frisco campus across the street. The sweets are so good! The chocolate cake is delicious and the red velvet was also pretty good. If you’re in the area and want something sweet with your coffee I would recommend this place. Great place to do homework too.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Drinks are delicious. Location is clean and has a really cool vibe. Bonus, There is artwork from local artists!

I came all the way from England to check this place, the owner being my aunt Debra. Awesome service, had such a fantastic day there. Loved the food, and the drinks. I hope to come back just before I leave to go home 😊

Second Sweetwaters location I’ve been to and was just as impressed! Great drinks and food menu and great service. And I love the dragon theme in the decor at this location and the inclusion of basically a full art gallery supporting a local non profit art group.

This is an amazing place for coffees, teas, frappe drinks, and some sandwiches, pastries, and desserts. They are quality on all points and will not let you down when it comes to a drink that tastes like your coffee or tea AND what's in it,not just one or the other or a sweet mess,but they can and do make really sweet drinks for those that prefer them.

This amazing cafe has the best coffee and bagels in the area!! The staff are incredibly sweet and friendly, and their restrooms are super clean, which is a huge deal as the worse thing is grabbing coffee and rushing off to use the restroom elsewhere!!! These people are doing a great job, and I would 100% recommend them!

I have to say this place is impressive. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an amazing aroma the place is spacious, clean and cool , the customer service here is outstanding, smiling faces at the register and beautifully made snacks behind the glass made my mouth water as soon as I saw them , so many different drinks , flavors I couldn’t decide what to order , Ofcourse I finally decided on a raspberry tea which was cool and very delicious on a hot day like today . Guys this place deserves more then 5 stars don’t miss out it’s definitely worth coming by here for a quick coffee, smoothie, lemonade, tea my favorite!

and he helped me with the order. Nice ambience, good place to have coffee, breakfast or snack.

I like a full bodied and strong roast aroma and the dark roast uses in the French Vietnamese Au Lait did the trick. The Vietnamese style coffee with condensed milk is sweet. Looking forward to try other lattes.

The location is clean, comfy and has a good variety of pastries, desserts and sandwiches. Service was polite and the owner was very attentive and friendly.

For some reason I wasn’t able to pre-order via the website. Looking forward for them to enable that functionality without affecting negatively their operations.

Best coffee shop hands down.

They make the best chocolate milkshakes (with real ice cream) and the service is awesome. There are a lot of different drinks to choose from and they can customize anything if they have the syrups for it. All of them are so friendly! You’re missing out if you go anywhere else.

I suggest ordering on the app so you don’t have to wait in line. they have a drive thru and you can pick it up without leaving your car if you wanted to

Brand new and shiney modern coffee/tea shop. Discovered they also have a drive thru but we went inside and so glad we did, so cute. Drinks are really good. 😍

Super nice and clean. Friendly staff. Great decor with local artist work on the walls. Supper fresh pastries and great coffee variety.

I bought a slice of chocolate cake. It wasn’t that sweet. I paired the cake with unsweet Passionfruit Iced Tea. Perfect combo for me.

They have lots of other drinks, pastries and cakes that I really wanted to try. I guess an opportunity to come back. Lol 😆

Tried for the first time with a friend and they were so friendly, great coffee, and the atmosphere is awesome! Lots of seating. Totally recommend over some other shops.

I'm not normally a Pumpkin Spice Latte kind if guy, but decided to try one in an attempt to add a little 'spice' to my life. Conclusion: I was quite good! Not too pumpkiny or too spicy, it was just righty! I may need to have another one.😋👍

They have a drive thru!! And their drinks are amazing just like the other locations I’ve been to. They’re very friendly and prep drinks relatively quickly! I love stopping by here to get some work done or meet with a friend to catch up. Love Sweetwaters :)
