My new patient experience was great. Booking was quick and I was able to be seen within a week. My appointment started on time and every process was explained clearly to me. The staff was friendly and light hearted. After taking X-rays and discussing my problems, Dr. Vickers performed a same day procedure so that I didn’t have to reschedule for another day. He followed up with me later that night and gave me his cell phone number so that I could directly contact him about any issues. I highly recommend this practice to others.

I had a GREAT experience when all my wisdom teeth were removed. I felt very comfortable at their location and the whole staff was extremely nice to me. The operation went perfect, I was well prepared on what to expect thanks to clear videos explaining everything before the event. I recovered very fast with almost no pain! I also received great guidance on what to do after the operation. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with their service towards my health. Thank you! 100% recommend.

I had a good overall experience with Dr. Vickers and team. He and his staff are informal and easy to talk to and also do a good job of setting clear expectations about the surgery date and post op care. The procedure day itself was fairly smooth though I do wish they allowed patients/families to sit and stay for 15-20 minutes after the procedure instead of going home right away. I overall felt cared for and listened to, and appreciated that they also got me in right away for a post-op appointment when I developed a dry socket on one side. I would recommend them to a family or friend.

Dr. Vickers and his staff took such good care of my son when he got his wisdom teeth out. They provided me with videos that were so helpful for pre and post op. He called the night after surgery to check on him. I recommend him 100%!

Amazing staff! I can easily say I I would send my friends and family here for their dental needs. The team at the front when you walk in are so kind and nice. Dr. Vickers and the team that assisted him with my surgery were perspicuous and detailed. They informed me of everything that will happen step-by-step. It was my first time ever under anesthesia. It’s some powerful stuff. One minute I am talking to the doctors about what I like to do in my spare time, and the next I am waking up tot he best sleep ever in my life, with the surgery done. Completely painless during the whole thing. Thank you to everyone there again!

I would, will recommend everyone to get your oral surgery and or dental implant needs here. I didn't come with a referral, they scheduled me for a prompt appointment. Any questions I may have had they answered before the appointment. They send wonderful video instructions, not only for your first visit, but also for whatever procedure you're having done. Dr. Vickers and the staff here were all incredibly kind, accommodating, informative, always making sure I was comfortable. I have not had the best luck with dental work in the past and it caused a lot of anxiety, Dr. Vickers and the staff without knowing helped calm so much of that anxiety not only for getting my wisdom teeth removed, but dental anxiety. They were truly wonderful!

Dr. Loh is a wonderful oral surgeon. He is in the process of giving my 77 year old mother 2 dental implants. Dr. Loh very patiently explains everything to her (and me), giving us lots of information and options in a helpful way. I love that he looks at my Mom while talking, even though I am asking most of the questions, because he wants to make sure she understand. So far my mother has handled the procedures with ease, like it's a piece of cake to have teeth removed and then implants placed. !! :o) I'm grateful it is going so smoothly.

The doctor and team executed fast and efficiently with my daughter’s tooth extraction. Moment of check in they explained the process and how long it would take. She was in and out within an hour and she healed so fast with no issues.

I visited several oral surgeons before choosing Dr Loh. He extracted a tooth for my husband who had a good experience. Other Implant offices seemed to just want to get you to the finance person. I started off needing one implant then had to have 2. I feel like Dr Loh really personally cares about my welfare. Not just my checkbook like others. His staff has been great too. And I can flexibly chose 3 locations to fit my schedule. I don’t mind driving a little further to see Dr Loh. Both procedures extractions/ bone grafts then 2 implants yesterday had Dr Loh calling me the evening after to make sure I was all right. I would highly recommend Dr Loh.

As someone who struggles with gagging, I was pleasantly surprised to face no issues during the mouth scanning process. This was a significant relief for me. During the surgery, I was fully sedated and therefore pain free and worry free.

Post-Surgery Care: Dr. Loh's care didn't end with the surgery. He personally followed up with a call the evening after the procedure, showcasing genuine concern for his patients.

Responsive and Supportive: During my recovery, I had a few concerns and upon reaching out to the office, I received an immediate response with helpful guidance.

In conclusion, while I am still in my recovery process, my experience at Dr. Loh's clinic so far was extremely positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care or surgery. Their expertise, coupled with their genuine care for patients, makes them stand out in the field.

Dr. Loh was very personable and explained everything out to us. We loved the pre-op and post-op videos so we knew exactly what to expect.
