Taco El Vaquero

Stopped by looking for coffe. Ended up getting chorizo Y egg with green sauce.
Lotta buenos for hot food and not too hot coffee.

Sorry didn’t get a picture of the tacos, we ate them to fast. Brief wait, amazing salsa, and great Carne Guisada! Definitely worth a visit if your hungry and in the area.

Food is great. But they should change their hours to closing at 1330. Been several times at 1335 and they were closed.

This food truck makes some of the best tacos around. I've only sampled their breakfast tacos so far, but everything has been delicious. Their bacon and egg taco is wonderful, with the bacon thick and crispy and cooked into the eggs as opposed to an added slice. Theie macacado tacos are wonderful with a perfect blend of onions, peppers, and tomatoes. My wife said that the enchiladas were the best she had had in years.

Just Awesome! I get the bacon, bean and cheese or/and potatoe, chorizo and egg tacos for breakfast (they're big so 2 is good). Try the mini taco plate in Carne asada for the perfect lunch (pastor is good too). 5 street tacos covered in meat, onions and cilantro. Rinse that down with a Mexican coke and your ready for a nap. There is always a line here. It'll be a frozen 32F or a blistering 102F and people will be waiting to get their tacos. That says something about the food coming out of this tiny kitchen.

My absolute favorite!!! The best breakfast tacos I've had. Their asada tacos are also very good and filling. Service is super quick even when they are really busy.

Called last minute(last night) to order 20 tacos for my daughter's breakfast get together at school. First impression is they were very friendly and enthusiastic in the initial call. I asked to have the order ready by 7:15am(the next day) and sure enough this morning when I called at 7:11 to check on order they told me it was ready to go. When I went to pick up they were really friendly and even though the tacos smelled fantastic I was unable to try them. However, today when I went to pick up my daughter from school the staff thanked me for the tacos and said they were delicious. The teachers were asking my daughter were the tacos were from LOL! I definitely recommend.

Food is always good if you're traveling off of FM 78 through Marion you got to stop it is a food truck but it's very good

Excellent hot food. Glad I came. Better than expected. Satisfied. Full and I don't want to go back to work. Lol

I really enjoy the food.. It’s always hot n ready when I call it in!! Also the people aré really nice and it’s not expensive for what we order!! It’s great I really recommend it 😊

Great big taco that taste great. The prices are good. Just needs some folding chairs and table. I would probably eat there everyday.

Their breakfast tacos are by far the best in all of Guadalupe County. Five Star service and food everytime I come over.

First time trying them today and they are the bomb tortillas are fresh and well served. I recommend to everyone
