Update: Senderra reached out with a manager and went way out of their way to make things right. Digging in it looks like my provider was a bigger issue than Senderra ever was. Since this issue they have been incredibly helpful, and I have worked with a manager Thomas directly for the most part.

When you look up incompetence in the dictionary, Senderra speciality pharmacy pops up. Ive been trying for over a week now to get my prescription sent over, and filled by Senderra. After talking with a rep the first time, they took all the information and confirmed everything. I got a call the next day asking for information about a prescription I had with them 4 years prior and had no information about my current medication. I was promised a call back and it never came. I called back and gave them information for my copay card in day two or three. Finally they figure out my actual prescription and go to send it out, and have no record of the co pay card. If you have any other options to fill your speciality medication use them. This company is an absolute joke.

Senderrra is always right on top of things. Their customer service agents are VERY polite and courteous. They always call me when my refill is ready. I am very pleased with their process and the shipping time, which is usually the next day.

Senderra Pharmacy makes sure that I have enough injections on hand; If not, they will send me more via FedEx. I never run out, and that is extremely important to me. They provide excellent customer service! Thank you Senderra!😊

Great customer care! They truly seem to care and are always available and helpful. I love the opportunity for copay assistance. I wish you could refill online rather than over the phone. Then they call to refill. I find that I miss the call because it’s always when I’m at work, then it takes days to place a refill. When I was with CVS, I had an account where I can refill, answer questions, track shipping, etc.

After taking a ton of different meds to help my RA, my doctor finally told me that I should try Embril. He gave me my first injection and the results were immediate. I am on a fixed income so I don’t have extra money. He let me know that this medication was very costly and advised me to contact them for financial assistance. A few days later I got the call that Medicare had approved it!! I was very surprised and ever so grateful! I have been taking Embrel for three months now and I am doing things I haven’t been able to do in years. Thank you Senderra for making this life changing medicine.

Senderra is always helpful. I get my Orencia ClickJect from them. This is a specialty drug targeted for psoriatic arthritis. They are very timely! My meds have always been received within 24 hours or less. If I have a question, they send me straight to the pharmacist to talk to a real pharmacist! No recorded message! Thank you for being available to send me my specialty meds!!!

Love Senderra Pharmacy! They’ve made get my speciality prescription super easy from the very beginning. My meds are always delivered right on time and I don’t have to keep track of my refills, they do it for me. Keep up the great work and amazing customer care!

They call me prior to shipping my medication, the staff are very nice. They find out how much medication I have left, ask if I have had any reaction. Ask if I need a sharps container. They ship out my medication for delivery by FedEx. They are very caring Pharmacy and I am glad that they keep an eye on what is needed and I have delivery on the next day as they are in Texas and I reside in Florida.

This place is awesome, I have been getting my specialty medication from them for quite a long time. They are always on time, never once has my delivery been late. There have been a few times that I have had questions about my other medications that I do not even receive from them and they are always willing to answer anything that I ask.

Dealing with insurance companies is awful. Senderra has repeatedly run interference. Based on my own attempts to get specialty medications, I doubt I would have been able to continue taking Skyrizi without them.

Great company to work for. I was there for a year and I would definitely go back. They are very family orientated and I love that. I can honestly say this is the best company that I have ever worked for. I'm currently still with the company I left them for but the love I have for this company will never change. This is a GREAT COMPANY. Love u all and miss you dearly.

Excuse we while I rant on about Ms. Kathleen Crotteau.. SHE IS EVERYTHING! So kind, helpful, honest and caring. She really does care about the patients and people she helps, which unfortunately isn't something we see very often as patients. HR needs to bump up Ms. Kathleen's paygrade, like now, because she really deserves it. Everything was handled and managed quickly and effectively! If they don't give her a raise they def owe her a pizza party or something because she's the greatest thing since sliced bread. We are team Kathleen and others should follow her for example. I hope someone really reads this and gets this out to her. Thank you so much for helping me Ms. Kathleen, truly a life saver🙌

Rinvoq has literally changed my life! My rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory arthritis is much more manageable!!
The only side affect that I have experienced is mouth sores about every three months, but it’s not bad.

They deliver my specialty medication to my door. They keep up with the details of getting the medication approved by my insurance and getting my doctor to send in paperwork as needed. This medical as changed my life for the better!!!
