This morning we went in and there was a lady behind the register named Karen in the garden center that was just not happy and seemed to not like her job much. Later we went back and MABLE was working and she was just so sweet and made it such a better experience!

they made it way better on my dish washer installation once they sent the correct people to install it they were very nice and promt also i forgot about Mia in appliances she was very helpful and pleasant

This place is a machine. I went during the week and there were so many people there. I was looking for a step stool. I asked several people if The Home Depot sold them. Everyone was real helpful but didn't think they had them. Finally one employee said it they did it would be on the last aisle next to the ladders. Sure enough, that's where they were. The one they have is too short for what I wanted to do but I did find a metal bench that I needed as well. So, not a wasted trip

A great place to go when you need something quick. The Paint Department is always on top of it. The Lumber Department have allot of different sizes and selections. The cashiers get you in and out then back on the job site as quickly as possible.

Great service from employee Lennard! Went above and beyond (literally he had to hoist himself up on the electric lift) to get a box on the top shelf at the bottom of a stack of super heavy boxes. This was after 9 pm and he was sweating fierce after moving all the bodies to get to the one I needed so I'm sure he was ready to go home. He was very courteous and pleasant the whole time. Not one sigh! Give him a raise!

Placed my order online for delivery to the store. It said my item wouldn't be in for another week but, it came in early so, I picked it up today.
Jerry helped me at the pickup desk. He was very friendly and helpful all while waiting on other customers at the same time.
The order was brought to me and a nice young man helped me load it into my vehicle. Good job Home Depot!

First Saturday of every month they host a free kids workshop. Great time to get the kids involved with a hands on building activity. They normally have a snack for the kids too. Thanks home depot.

Best Home Depot! Amazing customer service, especially in the lumbar department. Chris, the manager was so kind to correct mistakes that were made to my plywood cut on the saw. She made it a point to make sure I had a positive experience and quality cuts. Tony was also a big help in my latest project. The staff will always guide me in the right direction and smiles as I walk in. Grateful this is my store!!

Ordered online. Went to cubside pickup. And they loaded my gates up. Staff was courteous and fast moving. Love, love, love my new gates. Cant wait till they are installed

In today world you cant just walk into a store and someone knows what they are talking about and where things are in this store . Well this one you can, they know where everything is and if they don't have the answer instead of lying they are straight forward and find someone who will help. I have come countless times and someone is always there for me and my project needs. Way to go!!!

What a fabulous shopping experience in the paint dept, thanks to Miss Byrd! She went above and beyond matching my wall and trim paint exactly, and even stayed well past 5 (when she was supposed to leave for the day) to make sure I went home satisfied. She was personality plus and I so enjoyed our time together. See you soon, Byrd!

Just wanted to say we had a great CS experience a few days ago from the gentleman with a speech impediment that was stocking shelves over by the outdoor equipment. Helped us compare the Ryobi chainsaws we were looking at and locate needed accessories. Another great service from the staff at this location. Thank you!

When I ask for help some of the workers are lost and show me the wrong stuff that I'm not looking for it's funny because that person don't belong there.

The employees are very helpful and it's never over crowded but not empty either. They always have what I need and if I'm not sure asking gets me the answer quick

I’ve had a recent very frustrating experience with an order affected by the national supply chain issues. Been down to pick it up 4 times now, only to find out it’s not there. However, I’d like to personally thank Ko — the manager in the customer service section — for her help today. I’m pretty sure she stopped on her way out the door to patiently explain why this keeps happening and fix my order details so it doesn’t happen again. Probably spent 20 minutes with me. Really appreciate the patience and help!

I love the folks that work at this store. Managment is great, team are great. I nearly always find what I was needing, even if I couldnt quite explain what it was while Im asking for help. The people who work here really take pride in what theyre doing. They know where EVERYTHING is, down to the clip strip. Cant find anyone at W****** with that kind of knowledge. (Name censored because I shouldnt compare)
