Went here to get Verizon Home Internet, arrived just a few minutes before closing but the sales staff did a great job helping us and didn't seem to mind staying a bit late to do so. Kudos to the staff here!

Marilyn did a great job walking me through my options for upgrading my old iPhone. Also helpful with setting me up with accessories I needed. Great service!

Marilyn was such a professional employee. She was so patient and helped us get through a very difficult transition from AT and T to Verizon and buying new phones and acquiring new Modems for our 2 residences. I would do business with her any day of the week. What a great experience!!!

This particular Verizon store has service that is better than you would expect. Rather than wait to be seen their staff is quick to be patient and responsive to even those who are embarrassed by their difficulties with technology. I have found helpful providers at this facility, including Tommy, Maryland, Renée Desmond and Andrew. I have been a Verizon customer for many years and have no intention of switching.
