Starbucks

Lovely experience here. The staff were welcoming and friendly towards everyone, and recognize their regulars. My items were made quickly and correctly. Staff were efficient and kind!

I order a hot pumpkin spice latte and I could barely taste the pumpkin. Service is okay. Who ever trains these folks needs to ensure they are following ingredient instructions on making the product.

Update 11/5/23 My caramel crunch Frappuccino ordered today and the other one ordered last week were expertly crafted! Thank you for taking my suggestion to heart!! The drinks are delicious!
9/8/23 The Caramel Crunch Frappuccino was poorly made. It was runny instead of thick with very little caramel. I paid for extra crunch but barely received any crunch. You can never count on the drink to be made correctly but sometimes it’s very well made. Hit or miss! 3:25 Friday, 9/8/23. The person who took my order didn’t greet me. More training is needed for the employees.

Good pit stop and place to grab a laze night coffee before driving. Pleasant staff.

Went through the drive-thru little bit of a weight. But I must say it was very very well worth it. I got a green tea peach tea and it was fabulous. Drank it super fast already want another one highly recommended. The drive-thru gentleman was just amazing to thumbs up all the way for his customer service.

We are at the Starbuck on 2808 61st street Galveston. I had to review this place. They have the most awesome staff here, super helpful, always smiling and so kind. I came here with 2 hungry kids as all the breakfast places were packed, and they served us so well. I should have asked the name of the lady who served us.... just to add an extra thank you to her. She even compensated us with better coffee that we got at another location which was not so good. Thank you. Good job guys.

The staff is kind and accommodating and there is usually space to sit and study.

I was traveling and stayed around this Starbucks and every time it was great only thing I didn't like is they don't serve dark roast after 11. But other then that I give 5 star.

Hannah is ABSOLUTELY the BEST batista there.
Every single time I walk in and she's working, she tells me, "Hi." It's such a pleasant way to start my day with a friendly, smiling face.

I went thru the drive thru&there was a long line forming but dude@the window was still going steady. It takes skill to operate thr drive thru&to not break pace is impressive.

I have been to so many different Starbucks across the State and this Starbucks location has the most amazing customer service, quality of coffee made and fast service provided. Excellent crew!
