This store looks much better today than it did the last time we visited Galveston. It's clean without all that additional clutter, and u can now see inside the store from the parking lot. Now i will visit more often. Thanks guys for the change.

The guy doesn't know what a de-caf coffee is... and give me looks as if I dont make any sense.

The store is nasty the cashier is rude!!! I came in with my own cup to get ice just ice I have gone to multiple 711 stores as well as this one and NEVER PAID FOR ICE. She tried to charge me the price of a big gulp for ice when I told her it’s just ice it’s free she said nothing is free even when I told her we have never paid for ice with your own cup she kept scrolling on her phone as to say I said what I said. I asked the other employee when did they start charging for ice she said the rules change day to day around here she is the assistant so that’s her rule. Y’all need new management cause that one does not like her job.

Just got POLICE called on me for requesting a refund, Immediately after I was attended to by Christy who claimed to me the manager. I decided I’m no longer interested in spending my money in a store I was been discriminated. So I requested for a refund AT THE SPOT I HAVEN’T left the store… Christy Got mad. Called the cops, seized what I had purchased and ordered me to get out of the store. I am still in shock.i am black and new to the country and I didn’t know how to react l. so I just left the store without my money or goods. I did call the customers line thou.

Horrible experience. Visited here for July 4th to get gas at 10:15pm on pump 18 and got double charged, i don’t live in Galveston so I’m not driving back just for $40. I tried calling and no answer, i told the guy the first time the pump wasn’t working, he looked like he was training another guy & he made me pay again which i did. I’ll just dispute it with my bank.

I don't blame they lady works there she need proper training she can't even do her job lack team work very disappointed

The owner doesn't even keep their phone on and never have key items. Spare yourself frustration. Place should be reviewed and shut down due to nasty health conditions and employees. If your reviews are less than 2 stars, it's definitely you!

I had just made a purchase and was told by Management I could not hang out there less than 2 minutes after purchase. Name was Angel I will not be back. No toilet paper in bathrooms watered-down soap in the dispenser. And if they just cleaned it they say it is out of order on day and evening shifts.

No baby changing station in women's restroom 🙄

A Hispanic guy did bad transaction in my debit today,I gave 1 ticket I won and this guy leave the ticket on side and I tell him give 2 ticket for the amount I won,and this guy scane the 2 new ticket included the stuff I bought so charge double amount when I show him what he did he said everything is fine but isn't ,the point is this attention with this store and this guy talked to much because is distraction for the customer.a person front me was in a problems also .I hope the owner read this review and put attention on his store.

The worse store possible to go to the employee Hilary is the most rude Hispanic employee I have ever met she discriminated my 3 yr old baby plus she was texting on the phone while she ignored me when she was talking to her co worker it's a shame 7 eleven has employees like her rude and disrespectful if I had the chance to rate with no stars I will do so.

Not the best gas prices. No bathrooms, only a porter potty if you're brave enough.. Go to the Valero down the street instead.
