Sat at the bar on a Wednesday and Adam was great. He shared all the specials and his favorites. The happy hour here is out of this world. The actual restaurant is set up nicely as well.

Great food. Family of 4 and we each had something different, it was all pretty dang good. Lots of shops around and the vibe was great. Totally recommend.

Very good chips and queso. Also had the chicken quesadilla from the appetizers part. It was huge. But very good. The staff were all very attentive and timely. The decor was super interesting and could see the courtyard area with the lighted tree. Have indoor and outdoor seating. Will definitely go again.

My husband and I were walking around downtown and stopped by for lunch since they had outdoor seating and we brought our dogs with us. We were able to bring our dogs to the patio and tie them up against a fence while we ate. Loved the enclosed patio because we also have a 1.5 year old who loves exploring and running, so this gave him a safe place to do that! Food took about 20 mins to come out but the portions were wonderful! My husband got the fish tacos which were the biggest fish tacos we’ve had, and I got a chicken sandwich which was amazing. We got a grilled cheese kids meal for my son who really enjoyed it too. Wonderful experience! Servers were extremely friendly and accommodating.

This place was a great all around visit. The drinks were served timely and so was the appetizer, Jalapeño Bites. I had the Baja fish tacos, She had the Blue Crab Avocado Toast, our son had the Death burger. It was a good experience and the prices were very reasonable.

The pizza was BOMB! So good! They have a lot of healthy options which is why we came and they were yummy also! Restaurant itself is run down and dirty but the food was good.

Food was brilliant, very tasty and large portions. Our server was good, he did explain he was new but he did a great job as our party was 9 people. The wait was not bad for our large party (I think 45 mins on a Sat afternoon). The area outside and around this place is vibrant and fun to be in so that made this place buzz a little bit as well.
Would go back again and recommend to a friend.

Love this place. We had outstanding service with great recommendations based on what we said we were hungry for. Our server was one of the best ever and she was training another coworker to be as good as her. The food was sooo good. Very tasty! The suggested drinks turned out to be super. Thank you for the great experience.

Incredible atmosphere to begin with the outside & service playing great reggae music. Ate the fish tacos 🌮 entree with a side of Spanish rice. It filled up my stomach in a split second. Great restaurant to recommend in all of Galveston.

Oh my god . This is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever eaten.(white pizza) My family really enjoyed it as well. I also enjoyed the seafood flautas. The staff and manager are super nice. :) the lady bartender was also super cool and accommodating. (Pineapple allergy)

Stopped into this cute little spot on The Strand. Staff was amazingly friendly and professional. Kudos to the chef and his staff for the well made salmon. Probably one of the best I’ve tasted in a very long time.

Came here with some friends the other day, and we had a great time! Food was tasty, reasonably priced, and service was quick. I had the breakfast burger with fries, and my friends had the Cuban panini with fries and the Baja fish tacos with Cajun potatoes. We also ordered drinks. I had a strawberry mojito, and my friends ordered a frozen piña colada and a margarita. The piña colada was so fun! I would definitely recommend the drinks here. The atmosphere is also great, as they have live music and a cute outdoor area. Will definitely come back!

Wondeful patio location overlooking main stop of downtown. Friendly and helpful stiff. Knowledge about food and cocktails items. I has the Greek salad and pizza. Both were delicious.

Popped in for Brunch on a Saturday. Asked for a nice shady table outside, and got exactly that.

Food isn't super special - it's what you would expect - but it's also good, if that makes sense. Biscuits and sausage gravy was just right, and my partner's apple bacon waffles were also excellent. At least at brunch, the drinks were very fairly priced. Can't comment on the rest of the menu.

What made it though, was Katelyn our server. She was cheerful and had a genuine smile for us. This created a very human and friendly atmosphere, and that's what will bring us back again! Nicely done, Yaga's.

Loved this place for brunch! Came with a group of 8 and we sat on the patio.. it was a good time with great food! Pictured food is the boudin Benedict, Hec of a sandwich, blackened salmon Benny, hearty hash bowl, Yaga burger, mimosa carafe, and mo betta bacon waffles with chicken. We also tried the fried jalapeños, friend zucchini, crawfish risotto croquettes, and queso supremo for appetizers and the seafood frittata as well but didn’t get a picture before he dug in lol. Everything was amazing and so was all the staff!

It was a bit of a chilly night but we went here because Stuutgarten was super-busy! My lady had funky fajitas with chips and salsa (tasty) and I had the crispy chicken club. When our order came she was given a black bean and chicken burrito. It was an honest mistake and the manager came out and rectified the issue. They brought her the correct entree, comped her meal and we also kept the burrito. Service was really good. Sierra was apologetic and kept reiterating it. We told her it was okay and to please not worry about it. We still paid, with tip, what we would have paid with full price charge. We will go back. As a bonus, a horse and carriage went by while we were there.

Fantastic food!! Such a great section! Amazing yet so different than any other place! Much check it out! They are PET FRIENDLY! My Brucee even had fun hangout with us on the patio as we had dinner.

Yaga's was a great stop for us walking around through the shops. The food was good! Pictured is the chicken fajitas and coconut shrimp with veggies and rice. The 12" pizza was also more than enough for one person! Inside dining with AC as well as outside seating. Also has restrooms they allow you to use if your just walking around!

My wife and I are on The Strand and we seen Yaga's and were hungry for a late-ish lunch. About a 10 minute wait, they were pretty packed and we were seated. Chips and queso as well as us splitting our plates.

JUST THE QUESO ALONE was enough for 5 stars. And I still don't know which was better: The club or the sliders. And the fries were still crunchy after being cooled off for a bit, was on point. The sliders were very flavorful and the club just felt like a hug for your tastebuds.

Hey, chef! The amount of flavor alone is enough for us to drive an hour to come back!!

Warm atmosphere, friendly people and the food was beyond ON POINT!!

The new Yaga's brunch menu is amazing! By far one of my favorite brunches in town - the outdoor patio, people watching, and carafes of mimosas make for an epic weekend brunch experience. They have recently redone the menu, and we've gone two weekends in a row - everything we've tried has been delicious and fresh, and just the right amount for brunch. My favorite insider tip is to order a carafe of mimosas, but get the orange juice on the side. That way you can really make them the way you like them. If you get the waffle make sure to add the fried chicken, it really makes the meal.
