I purchased my first home with Susan's help. She was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive and helpful throughout the process (and patient with my lack of knowledge about ANYTHING involved). The day we closed on my home, I spoke with the seller's agent, and she told me that there had been a couple of more competitive offers on the house, but Susan is the reason they chose me. Susan was an excellent realtor! This was our first time buying a home and she walked us through every step of the process. She was patient and listened to our feedback while finding the home of our dreams - then she worked late hours negotiating to ensure we got the best and right deal. She guided us through the process as we closed and was always available for any questions we had. At closing, she went above and beyond and helped to have some work done at our new house - that the past owners did not take care of. Not because she had to, because that is the type of wonderful person she is. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.
