Dr. Parker and her team are some of the kindest and most hard working people I’ve met. Coming to Medfield Orthodontics was a great decision, we’re all like a big family. I remember switching to here for my braces, and I’m so glad I did! Apparently the place I originally got my braces on were going to the wrong way with treatment, so Dr.Parker and her team swooped in and saved the day! Thank you guys so much for all your help! My son is presently in treatment with Dr. Parker. We love it there. The office runs on time, feels welcoming, the staff makes Alex feel comfortable and important. He looks forward to catching up with Ashley at his next visit and Dr. Parker listens to what changes he is looking for in his smile. She loves what she does and it shows. This is our second set of braces and I wish we had realized on the first set how important it is to really enjoy your Doctor and the practice overall. Although his teeth came out great the first time (he just didn't wear his retainers to keep them great) the office environment was often negative and I dreaded going. That is not the case at Medfield Orthodontics and I am personally so grateful to have a different experience. We are very happy with Dr. Parker and her staff. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Medfield Orthodontics has been consistently friendly, accommodating, and helpful, even throughout the pandemic. My 3 kids have all had great experiences here! A group of staff clapped and threw paper confetti on my 16 yr old when she was getting her braces off! :D SUCH a fantastic crew! Highly recommend Dr. Parker and her amazing team.

Dr. Parker and all the staff at Medfield Orthodontics are so kind, professional, and efficient. My first appointment ran so smoothly and on time (which is very important to my family and our busy schedule). Dr. Parker explained the process to myself and my daughter in a way we could both understand, and customized the treatment to accommodate the special needs of my child. Laurie is so friendly and offered so much help in all aspects of scheduling and getting my daughter started. Their response time is very quick as well. Melissa at the front calls me back almost immediately, and has emailed me back just as quickly. I am never left with any questions unanswered. I recommend Medfield Orthodontics to EVERYONE! Medfield Orthodontics office is wonderful. Dr. Parker is very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable orthodontist. She and her staff is extremely professional and friendly. This practice is wonderful. I only wish I found them when my son was getting his braces a few years ago. They are so efficient - from the first consultation, to working with our insurance company. As a working mother the ease of making appointments, getting email reminders and online confirmations makes the whole process so stress-free. They explain everything in great detail so you always leave knowing what the next steps are and what to expect. Highly recommend!

I had a consultation with Laurie and Dr. Parker for my 2 children. They were very professional, friendly, and informative. The office is clean and inviting. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. They took us promptly. I left the office with no questions and my children were excited. We can't wait to get started! This is what sets Medfield Orthodontist apart: The office is spotlessly clean. The office staff is warm, friendly and professional. We are NEVER kept waiting during scheduled appointments. The equipment is high-tech and modern. Dr. Parker is highly recommended by multiple dentists and after consulting with four different orthodontists I know her treatment plan is exactly right for both of my children. Payment plans are available and easy to set up. Overall pricing is fair and competitive. They offer evening hours on Wednesdays for working parents. The office and Dr. Parker treat my children with great care and respect. We've been patients of this office for over two years and would highly recommend them to anyone. My eldest will be getting his braces off in a couple months and we can't wait to see his perfect smile!

The staff at Medfield Ortho are professional and super friendly. The office is always very clean and bright and they pride themselves on dedicated customer service. Dr. Parker is amazing and takes all the time necessary to make sure the patient understands what is or will happen at every appointment. Definitely bringing my younger children here when it's time for their braces!!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Parker, her staff, and her office. They make the whole experience of braces pain free for the parents. The initial (totally free) consultation is extremely thorough. They work with your insurance directly, and scheduling or changing appointments is a snap. They send email reminders, which have saved me on more than one occasion. Every single person who works there is friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful and modern and their prices are comparable to all of the other placed in the area. I can't think of one negative thing to say about Dr. Parker.

Dr. Parker and staff are very professional. All of my kids love coming into the office-my younger 2 who are not in braces love coming and playing in the game room. My oldest, who is in braces, doesn't mind going to get "tightened up" at all. The evening appointments are great for working parents. The office is always clean!! I love the candid pictures on the wall out back that the kids can see if any of their friends are patients as well, as well as the pictures of new patients pictures in the wall out front. Then of course the "finished" patient pictures are great to see. All the staff knows you by name which is just another added bonus about how AWESOME this practice is. I have recommended many friends to this practice and I will continue to do so-Medfield Orthodontics is the best place around for your kids to have that beautiful smile you want them to have-you won't be disappointed!!

Medfield Orthodontics is truly the best place to bring your child for braces. The staff is kind, patient, and professional. Appointments are always performed in a timely manner without that extra-waiting time we all dislike. Dr. Parker is AMAZING! We've had 2 children go through the office, and another on the way.
