Judy Joa is by far the most wonderful broker that I have met! It is so common that paying the broker fee and working with the broker feels like a necessary hassle. It was a genuine delight to work with Judy! She was attentive and thoughtful; it really felt like she wanted us to get the apartment. I'm so, so glad my broker fee is going to her. Roxanne was extremely responsive and flexible with helping me find an apartment! My plans changed and she didn’t hesitate to send more listings and set up showings that fit my schedule (and my roommate’s). Isabella Xhoja helped me find a new apartment. Within a week of asking for assistance, Isabella was able to find and secure an apartment for me. Isabella is very responsive and professional. 3 years before this I got help from Nabil when I needed to find a place quick because of a new job I had and he was also awesome. I know there are some negative reviews on here but don't let that fully sway your judgement, there are some great folks working here.

I had the pleasure of working with Samara for 2 properties both on the buying side and selling side. For my first property, it was my first time ever buying a home and Samara was excellent at guiding me every step of the way. I am a very impatient person and an anti-procrastinator so I need things to be done right away. Samara was always responsive and was on top of deadlines and paperwork. She always informed me with all the details so I can make an educated decision. When I was ready for an upgrade, I knew I had to contact Samara because I really liked her professionalism. If you ever dealt with contractors who don't show up or take shortcuts, just know that Samara is the opposite of that. I can trust that Samara will deliver and never lie about what she knows and what she doesn't know.

When I was selling my property, Samara delivered the same results as she did when I was buying. She was very accommodating in showings, times, and sanitization especially because I was selling during Covid.

After 2 encounters, I had to choose Samara to buy my second property with and I am sure it won't be the last.

Bryn was absolutely amazing, she is a realtor here at CRG. My roommates and I wouldn’t haven’t gotten our amazing apartment without her! It was all closed within the week and she was beyond organized, fun to be around, and reliable. Highly recommend!
