I used to be an Allstate customer in Indiana and overall it wasn't bad, but nothing notable. I moved away from Allstate for many years and just recently came back after the purchase of a new vehicle. The value compared to what we were paying at another insurance provider was great.

Sadly I had to use the insurance much quicker than I had planned and the new car was involved in an accident.

The main-support people were helpful as well, but everyone in Brian's office I spoke to nice, willing to help and answered all my questions if I was unsure about something.
