I had my first visit there as a new customer and I could not be happier with them. Everyone is so nice and so accommodating. They are also very thorough. Happy I made the switch.

All the people here are incredibly nice, including Jen who is such a great dentist. They take care of you and are not like most dentist offices that are always trying to find ways to take your money through your mouth!

Awesome experience with Dr Lee replacing a crown with a printer generated one that took less than 2 hours from beginning to completion. Great support assistants and staff as well…

I would highly recommend West Mill Smiles. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time and received care that was provided professionally and compassionately in an environment that was pleasant. All the staff ,from front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. Lee herself, were friendly and explained clearly the care I needed and the reason for it.

Jen did a very good job with my first consultation and cleaning. She was gentle, thorough, and sat down with me to review my teeth. She is Very kind and informative, I highly recommend her as a dentist

I can’t believe that I actually look forward to seeing my dentist, but I absolutely do. I cannot imagine a more competent and more personable group of professionals than Dr. Jennifer Lee’s team. I have known some of Jennifer’s staff for more than 20 years, and I could go on and on about how wonderful they are. Suffice it to say that I believe they sre the best in the business, and I cannot imagine seeing another group of dental professionals. And by the way, I have elected to write this review simply as a small token of my everlasting gratitude for the great care I get at West Mill Smiles.

First let me say, "I detest going to the dentist!" Second, I want to tell you that I LOVE going to West Mill Smiles. Dr. Lee and her staff welcome you into the office by name. They know who you are and remember why you are there. Doctor Lee is so thorough when she explains procedures and shares all options of treatment. She values your time and is always on schedule. Everytime I leave, I am definitely in a happier spot. I seriously look forward to going back to this dentist....and that's the truth!

I have been going to West Mill Smiles for about 8 years now.
They almost always take me into my appointment right away when I arrive. The receptionists, hygienists and dentists are always friendly. They do quality work!

I had an appointment at 1PM earlier today. (technically yesterday, but it's 12:09 AM and I'm not in bed) I arrived very early (½-hr.) and awaited my check-up. Jasmin (I think her name was - my awful memory) gave me a thorough check-up/cleaning. Dr.Jen came-in to check. I feel well serviced.

I have been with the West Mill dentistry practice for most of my adult life. I have been expremely pleased with the level of care I have been given. One of the best attributes of this practice is the personnel. The dentists are talented, the hygienist are thorough and filled with personality and the front desk is unsurpassed by any. Donna and Terry are professional, efficient polite, extremely friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can. They could certainly train other medical practices on how a office should be run…best I have dealt with by far. Please know how very grateful I am to you all for my Smile!

As usual, my appointment went very well. I was taken in on time, and all went fine. I am free for another 6 months. The cleaning went fine, but I have to come back for a couple of small problems, but that is okay. A good visit again.

Couldn’t be happier! Having not had traditional braces as a child, I had been considering Invisalign braces to correct my smile for years. Dr. Jennifer Lee had such encouraging words about the process that I decided to take the challenge. I couldn’t be happier with my results! The process was extremely easy, painless and completely successful! I have a beautiful, straight smile that I’m so proud to show everyone! West Mill Smiles is a terrific dental practice that offers a full range of dental services. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new practice in the Medfield area.

I would never consider going to any other dental office. I do not enjoy dental visits but coming here is actually enjoyable. Being greeted by the front office is like enjoying times with friends. My hyg. Celeste is so soothing and friendly.The change of dentist was effortless. Dr Lee is exceptional.

Dr. Lee and her team are wonderful! She is very precise and knowledgeable. I had a nightguard made at another office and she adjusted the fit to perfection, because of her time and care, I now sleep better than I have in years.
