The amount of time and patience given by Boardman-Smith was incredible. They took great care of my mother last year. When my father passed, I was definitely comfortable choosing them again. The entire staff was very professional and caring through such a difficult time. We couldn’t have been more thankful.

My grandmothers funeral was held here today. There was a broadcast for those who could not make it. The "funeral director" stood behind the camera the entire time making a ton of noise. Made it very hard to hear when the people speaking were on the other side of the room and the director stood behind the camera moving around. Also ended the video before the service had ended. I called twice (once to let them know about the noise behind the camera making it hard to hear, and once to let them know they ended the video too early). Berry? Mary? who answered the phone both times did not once apologize nor try to fix the situation. Would not recommend.

Was considering using them. Staff is friendly, but very pushy. During Covid, they kept calling me and even though I told them that I was not meeting with anyone during the pandemic, they STILL kept calling to make an appointment. That was just a big turn off for me.
