The last time I saw Mary Devlin we were standing in the parking lot at my condominium complex. I told Mary I considered my selection of her as my real estate agent as one of the best decisions I had ever made. I promised Mary that I would write one of the best reviews she has ever received.

Mary and her crew had just done an excellent job of selling my son’s home in Boston, so the decision to retain Mary seemed obvious. When one decides to sell a home the primary goal is to get the best possible price with a minimum of hassle. My experience with Mary is that you get that, and a lot more, including services you might not imagine, well beyond an expertly managed staging and open house, and superb negotiations skills.

For instance: sorely needed assistance with your first Pod moving project, a temporary air mattress bed for a badly needed good night’s rest before a long road move, delicious homemade meals delivered just when they were needed the most and, last but not least, some nursing assistance when a stubbornly bleeding hand wound occurred during a moving task.

The point is that with Insight Realty and Mary’s crew of first rate assistants, including Jonathan and Brett, you get a real full-service performance with an extraordinary personal touch that is invaluable at a time of maximum stress and pressure.

Mary provided strong direction when the time for guidance was called for in maintaining a schedule of essential tasks leading up to the closing. She stayed fully engaged throughout the weeks long process.

Mike sold our house in 3 days, at WAY over asking price. Our house was a lovingly restored Arts & Crafts with lots of woodwork, leaded glass, etc. Insight immediately understood the house (unlike other firms we interviewed, who advised us to paint the woodwork white) and the market. He advised us to slightly underprice the house, which resulted in a bidding war and a quick sale. Everyone we worked with was talented, efficient, and professional, from the drone operator/photographer to the stagers. A huge bonus is that there was no extra charge for staging and photography, which included both static photos as well as a 360-degree interactive 3-D home tour. We are 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

We were very fortunate to meet Mike McGuire by way of a referral from an attorney. After interviewing 3 other realtors we weren't 100% satisfied with them so we decided to interview Mike and it was the best decision we've ever made. He gave us a very comprehensive market proposal and suggested ways to increase our sale price including some simple cosmetic updates and he provided & moved all the furniture for staging our home (at no cost at all to us!). When we met him, he was not one of those "high pressure" sales agents that wants you to sign a contract with him the first day you meet (which we really appreciated about Mike). The bottom line is we with his advice we made about $75k more than the other realtors quoted us and Mike was there every step of the way until we closed. We've never sold a home before with someone more professional & honest and he delivers the best results you can ever expect. Steve Musto is a spectacular realtor. He held one open house for our place the day before a blizzard and we had multiple offers over asking price within three days! I highly recommend Steve and Insight.

Linda (and Kris, when Linda was on vacation) was amazingly helpful. She had excellent knowledge of the areas we were looking at as well as some detailed background on some houses where she'd sold other ones in the same development. I would not recommend working with these realtors. After viewing an apartment, we decided we wanted it. We put a deposit down to hold it. The day after putting in our application, we were told it had been given to someone else on a time crunch and we could work out a deal for a different apartment that we didn't like.
