Made my twins first dental appointment with Dr Moreno and had a great experience. From the super cute personalized books we got in the mail before hand to the spacious, clean office. To the great staff and great service we received. The girls had a great first dental experience and we could not be more grateful. My only wish is that there be a changing table somewhere in the building as we needed one and there are none in the office bathroom nor the hallway bathroom

We have had such a great experience with Epic, between myself, my husband and our toddler. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I’m especially impressed by their pediatric dentists who make your kids feel so comfortable and safe, no easy feat. Highly recommend.

Dr. McCarthy saw me immediately when I broke my front tooth on Good Friday. She had me return at the end of her workday and painlessly made me as good as new in time for the holiday weekend. She is an excellent, caring dentist who puts you at ease with her kind manner and fine sense of humor. Her capable assistant Pam also contributed to my care. I am so appreciative! Thank you!!

I called the office as a new patient with an infected tooth. I knew from the minute I called I found my new dental office. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. Dr. Brown was amazing. She spent the time explaining what I needed done. I highly recommend this office. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Mary was my dental hygienist on Friday. It was the first time I had her to clean my teeth. I liked the way she explained what she was doing and assessed my oral hygiene. Dr. McCarthy then did further assessment and explained next steps. I would recommend Epic Dental Care in Norwood.

I cannot say enough about this practice! I’m a new patient, and the hygienist and the dentist were kind and very competent. The hygienist even gave me sunglasses so the bright lights wouldn’t bother me. I’ve never felt so relaxed when sitting in a dental chair!

Our son and us had a great first dentist experience here with the team at Epic. They answered all of our questions and gave us really helpful information about when to expect more teeth, how to help build good habits and so on. Ok yes there was some crying (he is only 2 after all) but they were able to finish the exam without any trouble while he rested on my lap and afterwards won him back with a little red race car. Will be back again in 6 months!

I left the pediatric dentist we used to go to around 5 years ago and came here due to insurance coverage changes. No regrets, they have ortho and dental in the same office, so it's very streamlined. It's a beautiful, professional environment and the dentist and orthodontist are excellent! Don't fall for the bells and whistles some pediatric dentist offices use to get patients, it's never worth the lack in good care. Look at their credentials, very impressive.

Epic dental is god sent. I love the staff because not only are they very friendly and kind but they are so welcoming which sets a comforting atmosphere. Kristian was my hygienist and she is so detail oriented and gentle so for the last two times that I had her, my teeth feel cleaner and appear whiter. I’ve had experiences where I felt rushed at the dentist but this is never the case at epic dental. I’m so thankful !

I had a wonderful visit with my hygienist, and dentist yesterday. Kristen, my hygienist is very thorough in her cleaning and kindly suggests areas to focus on.
Doctor McCarthy is fantastic. On more than one occasion, Dr. McCarthy demonstrated detail in her examination. She explains what she is doing, and moreover, showed that she has my best interest in mind. Dr. McCarthy shows balance in ensuring a healthy mouth, without incurring unnecessary dental work. I totally trust her.

Had an amazing experience with the staff here for my three year old’s cleaning and visit. They were so good with my child and the experience was fun and quick. I’m relieved to have found a dental office we can trust with dental care but also to help our kid relax and even enjoy the experience of going to the dentist.

I had the BEST cleaning ever in my life from Epic Dental!!! Mary has angel hands and I didnt feel any discomfort or pain during the cleaning like I have at other places. Its obvious the hygienists here have so much experience and care about their patients. The girls at the front desks treat you with patience, care and kindness. I would hang out there without even having an appointment!

I am usually very nervous and uncomfortable at dentists but Epic Dental was a breath of fresh air. Christine was amazing and made me feel calm throughout the entire appointment. She was thorough and kind. The front desk staff were welcoming as well. Great experience overall!

This place is amazing. Every one of the staff is amazing and great you with a smile. They care a lot about the cleanliness of the facility - hired us to clean and sanitize their carpets. Highly recommend to anyone!

This is coming from someone who used to require a sedative before the dentist! Mary and Dr. Brown at Epic Dental are the best thing to ever happen to my teeth and gums! There is no judgement, only support for a healthier mouth, and applicable tips, not just “floss everyday”. I’ve been cavity free since going here (2+ years, and this is a record for me!), my teeth sensitivity has DRASTICALLY reduced, and my gums are healthier than ever! Thank you Epic Dental!!

Dr Brown expertly installed a temporary bridge. Took less time than I expected. She has great technique. Happy to have her to take care of me. She's a keeper!

Our toddler’s 3rd routine visit, we have been so impressed every time with the staff’s patience and care. They made it quick, easy, and as fun as going to the dentist can be for a 2.5 year old.

My recent 6-month dental check up with hygienist Mary and Dr. Brown was a positive experience. They are friendly, professional, gently and communicate well. And they are not out to deceive their patients.
