I have been a customer in this bank for several years in a joint account. Few years ago I have moved to a different state. The other account holder has moved to a different country. We wanted to close the account by writing a letter. The bank informed us that we both need to come physically to the bank to close the joint account. Obviously we couldn't. The bank deducted monthly fee of 7 dollars for maintaining the account. Now the balance has gone below zero after several years. Now the bank is changing 8 dollars daily as overdraft. I didn't have any dealings with the bank for years. The bank interest is close to zero and I didn't earn 8 dollars in interest during the last several years. What a ripoff. I urge no one to use this bank and close your accounts if you have any.
