Brian helped me with all my questions and concerns even helped me out with finding the perfect bank for us. great communication with both parties and helped me with the whole process me selling my home and buying my new one did it all in about a month. my respects on how he dedicates himself to his work and for his work ethic. when we bought our house, I told him we wanted the house powered washed and he volunteer to do it himself. after we bought the house a week later, he showed up with large power washer and he sure did it all.

Our realtor was amazing and walked us through every step and kept us informed about every part of the process. We would definitely recommend using the Mattoon Century 21 office for buying or selling their next home.

I chose Century 21 has a great presence and reputation in the community. My agent was Delia Bunyard. Additionally, both she and the owners of the local office are involved in the community and that is important to me. More importantly, she was always in contact with me and was knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions right away. The property I was selling was very unique as it was an investment property. Delia was able to get the job done and sold the property at a price I was very happy with. Thanks Delia!

Margie Swenson was a joy to work with. She scheduled several houses at a time for us to look at, rather than just doing one or two at a time, which was great given our schedules and drive time. If I had questions, she was always quick to respond. The last batch we looked at, she asked if it was ok if she included one I didn't really like the looks of from the outside. I said that was fine, thinking I'd humor her. Well, I walked in and fell in love with it. We ended up buying that very house lol. Trust her suggestions, she really knows what she's doing! Thank you so much for all your help with this and making our homebuying experience so enjoyable!

Talked with a realtor today and found out that,one of the responsibilities of a realtor is to give you the background on a property that you are considering buying.things such as,what the house sold for in the past as well as, what the property has been listed for in the past so you can make a reasonable offer on the property.i am a first time homebuyer who worked with ( Toby farris) a realtor who works for Kima properties. The property he showed me was a house built in 1906 and I found out on my own after the purchase,was bought previously for $26,200 in 2020 and listed and removed in 2023 for $74,900.me being a first time home buyer and inexperienced with the housing market made a offer of,$98,000 and his response to this offer and obviously knowing the market history of the property was “ that’s a reasonable offer “apparently he has his own (don’t ask don’t tell policy)as a realtor with responsibilities to his clients ethically he should have advised me on the excessiveness of my offer based on the history of the property.
My advice with experience working with him would be DON’T.
