A great selection of local and in season produce. I was also impressed with the meat and deli selection offered. For a small town, this grocery store has many of the options I normally drive 45 min to an hour for. The lady at the checkout was friendly and asked me to sign up for their store card. I’ll definitely return.

Unbelievable store and impressive selection. We walked in today and were shocked by all that was available. Wish there was one of these up by Peru.

I feel out of all grocery stores in the area... this location has me driving 10 miles for the awesome remodel, self check outs, the best vegetables out of all stores in the area, easy deli access, very open easy lay out, so much to offer, very welcoming staff members, been looking for a store like this after moving here from the city....

Always open, always friendly and polite with excellent service. Prices are decent and they have recently done an excellent job n the organization and keeping fresh meat and fruits and vegetables checked often and displayed nicley for the best for their customers. They even have lil shoppers training carts for Lil ones. My son loves to zoom through the isles n fill up his cart.

Everyone is always so nice and very helpful. When i was there yesterday, I realized I forgot my cane at home. So I got a cart from the rack. When I was done I told the cashier i needed a cart to go to my car. She went to get me a cart. She was so nice.

This store is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and everything is easy to find. I often go there with two little boys 3 under and can still get in and out with minimal fuss. This is one store I don't mind going in when I have them with me!

Best store on that side of town. Its not the cheapest but it is convenient if you live over there. Plenty of parking spots. It has a red box machine and a lotto machine. Lots of positives to this place not very many negatives other than slightly more expensive than Wal-Mart. Best thing is without a doubt is the fruits and vegetables way better than the other stores in town.

Always love shopping here. Great deals each month and has become a staple for us. Have never had an issue with an employee, always helpful where they can be.

The old Walker's grocery store sure has grown up

I love county mrkt. All of their meats and seafoods are fresh. There is also an area of liquor too. 1 stop shopping. They usually have weekly specials. I enjoy the seafood specials. Fresh Salmon...yummy!

Helpful and friendly staff eager to help you with locating items. Also a nice variety of items. The deli is very nice. Always seem to have items on sale that I happen to be interested in.

There was a County Market in my hometown that recently closed. When I was staying in Mattoon for work I came here for groceries to eat at the hotel so I wouldn't be eating out every night. Oh man...I sure missed shopping at a County Market. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is good. I got a strawberry rhubarb pie from the bakery section and let's just say it didn't last long! If I lived in Mattoon I'd probably exclusively do my grocery shopping here.

Accidentally forgot a bag of groceries,and the checker was waiting for me to come back and get it,(which I eventually did),.but ya really do find service like that, least what I've experienced.ty county market.

Great place go buy groceries...especially if you don't like long lines. County Market has a large variety of wine, beer, and liquor.

I like the store always helpful, the parking lot is the reason not to stop.

Best meat and produce in my opinion. And the flowers from the floral department seem to last quite a while.
