I always find great clothes at appropriate prices for condition & brand. The whole outfit (minus the boots) in the picture was bought there, and I got soooo many compliments at work, plus my spouse loved it! I do feel they are overpriced on purses & shoes though. The manager rocks too! She's so positive and really helps you find a great ensemble!

There is no other place as affordable. You can get an amazing outfit(s), handbag, shoes, etc and not have to spend a fortune. On top of that, there are always opportunities for customers to save even more money because it's so simple to sign up for their rewards program which is free! Members earn points with every purchase and you can earn a 20% discount to spend on your next purchase once you reach 250 points, and a 15% discount during your birthday month. If you have clothing items in your closet at home that you are not wearing, bring those in and you can earn cash on the spot or store credit and it's just another way to save money or earn some extra cash. It's a fun, friendly and affordable place to shop with amazing selections at fantastic prices, and I find myself not needing to shop for clothing anywhere else.

I love this place! The staff is always very friendly & helpful. The high quality of their second-hand clothes, shoes and accessories is quite remarkable. You never know what you'll find, that's one of the most fun parts about being a frequent CM shopper. The store is always clean & the prices are reasonable. I am very glad we have this store in Springfield!

I Absolutely love Clothes Mentor. There are many styles suitable for everyone. The pricing is very reasonable and the staff is extremely helpful. I especially want to thank Beth Staff, she is a seamstress on top of a wonderful person and sales associate. I purchased my Wedding dress there and Beth altered it to fit me perfectly. I learned about this store from my daughter. I will never buy my clothes anywhere else!! They have everything I would need. They are stocked with name brand clothes and all accessories that you would need to complete an outfit, for less!! WAY LESS!! I LOVE this store! The staff is very helpful and kind. When you decide you are done with your clothes you can bring them in and you can start on the next season by looking at their clothes throughout the store. Please check them out, who needs walking all over the mall, you can shop in one store for all of those shops. For less!! Check them out. You will love it too!!!

This is an awesome second hand store for professional attire and casual clothing. I always find something when I stop by. The staff is always very helpful and attentive. I have sold clothing a few times - like other reviews have mentioned, you will not receive full compensation for your items, but I would say it’s equal to selling items on PoshMark and EBay. Plus you are supporting a store with local staff vs a random buyer online.

I am here like once a week. They give fair prices fornitems and they CARE about thier customers. I brought my mom with me last time and the manager was asking about my health. She was floored that a store manager and the employees would care so much. I love my Clothes Mentor ladies!!!

I was there the first time ever yesterday. I brought in some Michael Kors to sell. The staff gave me a fair price. Lots of clothes and accessories to look at. I will be bringing in wallets and clothes to sell today. Super staff.

If you want to buy , I think this is the place to go! They have really nice, gently used clothes for a good price. The place is clean and the employees are nice. I always have a great shopping experience when I come to Clothes Mentor Springfield.

Those women are so helpful. Many trips on the fly, they were always willing to help by bringing me clothes to the try on booth till I got something I was happy with. Very nice, clean place.

I walked into this place today, never been there before, asked the girl if had any blazers? She took to a section and found one, I put it on and fit perfect! Bought it, and out the door I went!

Loved the selection and prices here. A super friendly woman helped us and carried on a real conversation with us (not just small talk) and was in no rush for us to leave.
