Took my dog in for a bath and brush got told he’d be ready by around 12:30 maybe a little later with other dogs ahead of me which was fine. Got a call at 12 saying he was ready to go. Brittany did an amazing job on my Benny boy!

I recently adopted a new furry family member and the staff were so much help in finding and recommending just what I needed for him to start out with a great and healthy life. Heather Haun was such a massive help, so professional, patient, and kind in helping me sign him up for puppy classes, helping me save the most money possible, and explaining help with everything I need. Our go to store, thanks petsmart!

The cat adoption area is SO WELL cared for. The cats always have full food bowls, clean water dishes, and the litter boxes are never dirty. The PetSmart staff must spend some quality time with the rescue cats, because when I had questions about one of the specific cats, two of the staff members gave me details on his personality. I wound up adopting him (through the Clay County shelter) and upon picking him up, a few staff members came over to say goodbye to him. 💙🐾

They don't lie when they say the spa takes years off your looks! Kaylee does an awesome job with Bailey, even with her terrible separation anxiety. We go in looking like an old lady (she's 8), walk out looking like a puppy!

This was my first time here, and the people working here were very friendly, and helpful. I found everything I needed, and everything is in its place. The store was very clean. I will be back that is for sure 😊

I scheduled a grooming appointment for my fur baby with Kaylee at PetSmart in Mattoon, IL. She was friendly and professional. She did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her. See my fur baby before and after.

Love their grooming service. My dog Lucy isn’t a huge fan of strangers, but she seemed to warm up to them, so I know they are good people. After Lucy had to have a leg removed, she was very shy and on guard. For her first appointment back after the surgery a month later, she hesitated at first, but they took such good care of her, that she was her happy self by the end! Mattoon PetSmart is a great place to take your pets.

This is the only place my dog feels comfortable to have her nails clipped.

Took my 19 year old daughter there so she could get a few things that she needed for her very first puppy. I let her ask most of the questions since this is the first time she has owned a dog that wasn't a family pet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even referred us to a store that had an item we were looking for that they didn't carry. Cocoa picked out a new toy and Tabby was able to get most of what she needed. Since the two of them were happy and satisfied, I left happy and satisfied.

We have our Standard Schnauzer groomed here every year when we are on town. Kaylee always does an excellent job! All the staff are friendly & helpful.

Scored some really great deals and even came home with a new pet. Ask for Zach. He helped us choose our new baby and everything it needs, while staying within our budget

Saw many helpful things for my Dally Cat!!! Great food,treats and toys... for dogs and cats.

Staff has always been very kind. Love that they always ask before petting my pup or offering treats. When I first got my rescue she looked rather rough and today, over 6 months later, the cashier recognized her and celebrated how much better my pup looks. When I first learned of my pup's allergies, staff were able to get me a coupon that made the unplanned food change a little easier too.

Great place for fish stuff, all this came from pet smart.

This store has some of the best employees Ive come across in a long time. Very helpful! They really took care of my girl Hope, even if she did bark constantly!

If you’re looking for a place to get your pup groomed, don’t hesitate to call them and specifically ask for KAYLEE! She’s amazing!!!!! She does amazing work and loves your pets as if they were her own! I take all 3 of my girls there and I have never been happier! I’m sure they’re all great but I would HIGHLY recommend her! She’s the best!!

I took Sadie for her first ever spa day. She got treated like a princess and I do believed she
liked it. She was so content she napped on the way home. She got a summer hair cut and looks so pretty
like a different girl. I just wish she would let me take her picture with her new “do”.
She liked the ladies there and was a happy puppy when she left. And she will remember you all.
Thank you Ladies for the fabulous job you done on Ms Sadie. We will be back because I believe Ms Sadie needs a spa day every once in awhile just to get away from little sister who pesters her a lot ( of course Ms Sadie is half of it at times).
Thanks for making Sadie look so good, she will like summer much better. You done a good job on her.
