Excellent service and price. They were able to look at my car and give me an estimate a couple hours after calling them. Full brake job was done within a few hours the next day. Apparently that was slow for them! Hosea, the mechanic, was great. Solid communication and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend trusting these guys with your car.

Hosea at Jaquie's is a gem of a mechanic and runs his shop in an extremely efficient manner. The service I received exceeded my expectations in every aspect; Hosea is easy to talk to and was helpful in pointing out services I suggested that didn't need to be done to my vehicle (which has never happened and was so appreciated!), he was accommodating in terms of his pick up/drop off times, had my vehicle back on the road a full WEEK before any other shop's estimate, and was literally hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership's quote. I really can't say enough great things about this shop and the work they do. This is the only shop I'll be taking my car to in the future.

This place hands down best place to go.
Needed brakes done 3 other places quoted me 100s plus saying i needed new rotors.
Not only did Jaquie fix my brakes alot cheaper he also letted me use my own brake pads i brought on whim if maybe i got the time to do my brakes myself with i never got.
But yeah highly recommend this guy...

I called him & he had me come to the shop to look at my car. He instantly knew what the issue was just by me telling him what was wrong with it. He fixed it, didn't charge much at all so now my car is back running better than it was. He is reliable & a very nice person overall. Anything he can do to help he's willing to do. He will be doing the remaining work for my car. I wouldn't let anyone else touch it.

We called at 7 pm on a Sunday to see if we can get new terminals because the Autozone said they were too corroded to change the battery. He cleaned the terminals and replaced our battery for as much as Autozone was charging and super nice about it. I’ve had mechanics talk down to me or charge me extra because I don’t know what I’m doing but he charges a great price. Definitely recommend and will be coming here as my mechanic in the future.

I was in Champaign on business. I needed someone to look at my car on the day I needed to leave. Jose or Hosea - I am remiss that I did not get his name properly engrained in my memory. He came to the hotel and looked my car over. I followed him to the shop. He found the problem which was tar stuck behind my brake dust cover. He cleaned it and sent me on my way. He did not charge me a thing! What awesome customer service! If I lived in the area, I would definitely give him my continued business.

Got my brakes and rotors all around for 600 when all other places wanted 1000. Honest and caring. No one else will be allowed to work on my or my family's car except him.

I have found the mechanic of my dreams he's an amazing human being a mechanic anything he does for me he does quickly professionally and in a timely manner he's just an all-around good guy who does really good work if you need your car worked on and I have an import he's your go-to guy because he's just a really really good mechanic
