A guy that works their was so kind to the Eureka Dance Team! I think he needs a raise, cause most fast food restaurants are annoyed at a bunch of loud teens walking in. He said nice comments and wore a smile . The rest of the workers were quick and fast we were all out in no time and had a big team of 35+

The Charleston, IL Taco Bell is SO much better than the Mattoon location. This TB location is always super fast in the drive thru line, and have the best employees. They’re super friendly and give me great customer service! That’s why I keep coming! The worker Jen is top tier! Highly recommend :)

Good food and very helpful manager. Wife accidentally orderd on-line from Mattoon Taco Bell and I went to Charleston 's 🤷‍♂. Asked for manager and she was very understanding and quick to help. She had my order in and I was walking out the door in 3 min. 👏👏👏

Still the cheapest food in town. You get a LOT of food and it's very good.

Anyways, I'm a regular at this taco bell. All the staff here are great and very friendly. I will say a few workers are a little over familiar with their customer service (forced to work another 8 hours making it a 16hour shift at a job one night, grabbed a bite and a worker makes a joke that my card is declined. I dont know you, a stranger doing that is weird)

I've lived nearby for a year and have been to this taco bell A LOT. They've probably only messed my order once or twice. I usually always do mobile orders. They are usually quick even during peak hours.

The employees are great and food is hot

I've done 2 late night drive thru runs. First one was a line but went quick enough. Second time was just one vehicle ahead and went pretty fast. The food was standard Taco Bell fare. I've had far worse from other locations for sure.

Very please with the service and the accuracy of the order I received today! I ordered tons of food at a busy time and it was prepared perfectly! Whoever has been running the store and shifts are doing a wonderful job! Way to go Charleston Taco Bell!!!! And thank you!

I really enjoy the breakfast. Nice selection of options and the workers are super nice; which is exactly what you need first thing in the mornings. Sidney and the rest of the crew make you feel like family. Not just another number or cattle being processed like some other places treat you. Great place to go for fast friendly service. Start your mornings off right!

I have had everything on the menu. Every new item I at least try it. This is my favorite fast food in my area. Night crew is the best. Day crew could use a little work. I’d love to work here and help the teams out giving the best experience to the customers.

My sister and I went there for lunch the food was hot. The service was quick and employees were nice and respectful. I quit eating Taco Bell because of the nasty service in my town but this place I will be going back to.

I know it may be an odd thing to say, but this is legit the best Taco Bell I've been to in my 38 years. I'll update this with some shout-outs to employees that go above and beyond, when I get there names. Some good people here.

Legitimately the BEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. The food is always fresh, the workers are incredibly polite every time, and best of all, it's the only place in Charleston open really late. Love you Taco Bell ♥

Experience was good they did mess up on soft tacos, but did provide hard tacos with what was ordered for the soft tacos. Food was hot and fresh. No other issues.

Bring back the DOUBLE DECKER TACO SUPREME and the XX GRILLED STUFFED BURRITO those apple empanadas put it in a combo this is items we order weekly!! This is all I request!!
Food is good and service is faster than it has been. I will stop coming to taco bell that's 120 a month if not more if we stop coming!

Great food and great service.

They are always friendly and patient when I go. Pleanty of seating, many of which are separate from the tables allowing any sized patron to eat or simply wait for their order with no issues.
