Stupidest decision we ever made was purchasing a car from best buy motors. My husband and i purchased a 2004 chrysler pacifica drove it home the next day we woke up and one of the tires was sitting on the rim after Jay had told us not to worry about the tire pressure light being on it just needed to be cleared from the screen. About two or three days later i was reversing out of my driveway and heard this awful hard click noise turns out my cv joints are going bad in the front end. Called them they tell us its our problem after i requested a safe car for my 3 young children. Its gets better though about two weeks later we are driving down the road and all of a sudden the car sounds like an airplane about to take off and the faster you go the louder it gets. AWD chain in the transmission is going, wheel bearings are shot, brakes are done for, hub assembly is crap and then we find that they over filled the transmission to cover up any issues that we may find in the beginning. I get that a buy here pay here is as is no warranty my dad ran one for 11 years and never have i seen business like this. What really pisses me off is Ray snatched the money out of my husbands hand made him sit there while i took the car on a test drive because he found out my husband is a diesel mechanic and i of course would know nothing was wrong. This is the last time i will EVER do business with some crooked ass foreigners.

These are dishonest guys. Bought a car on ebay and since I would be driving three hours I called them to make sure there were no mechanical issues with the car because non were listed. I was assured there were none. I get there and there's obviously a power steering problem. I start to drive it home and the steering becomes dangerously loose. I call to say I can return it or they can make it right when I bring it to a shop. I was told to bring it to a shop and when I did they wouldn't do a thing about it. I would say don't trust these guys - either Ray who I'm told is the owner's son or Jay another guy who works there.

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. experience. I wish I could give zero stars, really. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS.....don't do business with them. They are dishonest, sneaky thieves. No matter how nice you think the car is, don't do it. Buy with them at your own risk! They sold me a car that they absolutely knew needed a catalytic converter. How do I know this? Unknown to them, my 9-year old son was sitting quietly in the back seat of the piece of crap car I bought from them, when they hooked up the machine to read why the 'check engine' light was on. He told me (after the fact unfortunately) that the screen said "CAT CONV", then the guy (Jay's 15 year old brother) pushed some buttons and it disappared and the 'check engine light went out. It only clicked for my son once we took it to get an emissions test the next day and found it that it needed a (VERY) expensive, $1600 catalytic converter, and he told me then what he had seen. I called Jay and he agreed to send me a catalytic converter. This was on January 3, 2015 and today is January 21st. There have been no phone calls or any contact from them and, you guessed it, he never sent the catalytic converter. Do yourself a favor and shop elswhere. These guys suck.

I'm glad I looked at the reviews because I was go there.
