Just echoing how great Karen is. I came by after another car lot made me feel unwanted. She was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. They were very fair on my trade in, too. I will send anyone looking for a car down to them.

They were very respectful and helpful with getting my sister her first car at a reasonable price. When we had issues with payment, they were understanding and accommodating to our situation. Really genuine people, I’d buy from them again.

Great deal on the car even though we know that the market prices are exceedingly high..

I purchased a 2010 Ford Flex SUV from Karen and I haven't been more pleased and happy with my decision and purchase. Not only are they very kind and friendly but they are genuinely honest and truthful which is something you don't find today with many businesses. Lastly I want to address the few complaints that I read.. I live in Chicago and I have seen a $70,000 Tesla on the side of the road with a problem so anything can have issues.
Remember that it was still a good decision to do business with Parkway in the end. I still would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle next year for my wife because she's totally impressed with the Flex! God's plan, 0n August 23 2019 I flew to Springfield
Illinois from Baton Rouge LA to purchased a 2008 Cadillac DTS that I only saw online it was clean inside out. The Salesperson Ms Stacy truly an amazing person, I wasn't able to see the car in person or test drive it so I asked for all the details. Pictures and a video of the motor running. I must say God Bless me with this Person not only patient She was honest!! Definitely the best Customer service I've seen in years. Thank you very much! 😍
