We switched from Walgreens about 6 months ago to this pharmacy. I wish we would have done it sooner!! They are professional, quick, and actually seem to care unlike the big stores. I would recommend to anyone!

Pharmacy was able to find out why I couldn’t locate a drug store that could get this drug. After research he was able to find that they were going to discontinue and even his suppler didn’t have it. Thanks to them my doctor ordered a different drug.

I have a toddler who needs compounded medications for his heart. MVP has never left us waiting and begging to fill them on time the way the chain pharmacies have. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Any time there has been an issue they have done everything they possibly can to solve it. Also, my kids love seeing the dog! I really appreciate this place and can't recommend it enough!

I moved to Las Cruces, NM, a little over a year ago. One of the bigger things I was actively dreading was getting established at a pharmacy. Because of a certain medication that I'm prescribed to, I have been treated poorly and disrespected by countless pharmacies in the past (all of them chains). During my first PCP visit, I casually mentioned this, and she immediately suggested going to Mesilla Valley Pharmacy. I'm forever grateful that she did!
I've NEVER had a bad experience here. No one has given me weird looks or made anything difficult in regard to filling and picking up my meds. If I ever had a question, I called and was promptly answered. Getting my medications filled is no longer a source of dire anxiety and frustration for me. I hope this place stays open forever. <3

Ever since my very 1st visit, I have just been in AWE with the level of service! It has been TOP NOTCH and by far the best ever with the most pleasant experience at a Pharmacy. I remember posting on Facebook after my 1st visit because I felt the attentiveness to the service for my transaction was exceptional and truly heartfelt. Very knowledgeable and professional staff and the place just feels right for me with positive energy.!! Thank you so much for that!! Additionally, I'll let you know that Lucas 🐶 is the ABSOLUTE BEST DOOR GREETER EVER!! I could see him through the front door as I was getting out of the car and was already making my heart smile, inside and out!!! Mesilla Valley Pharmacy was recommended to us after several unsuccessful days of trying to fill my infant's prescription at a chain pharmacy. I was extremely happy with the service we received here. The medication required compounding and they were able to get it done for us even though it was close to closing time. I will also add that the store is immaculate. Very clean and organized. Luke was the cherry on top - he is a very sweet, well behaved pup.

Fantastic pharmacy. Responsive and friendly; in fact, the vast majority of the time when a provider sends in a script, it's ready before I even arrive. Highly recommended. Plus bonus: they have a pharmacy dog who sometimes greets receptive patients!

Staff was courteous, respectful and helpful. Pharmacy was clean and well organized. I showed up a little after closing and Joaquin opened up to facilitate my needs. His professionalism was top tier. After this great experience, this is my go to Pharmacy as of today. I highly recommend this locally owned pharmacy as Mr. Acosta has been taking care of my families pharmaceutical needs for a few years.

Don't torture yourself by going to other pharmacies in town (especially Walgreens in El Paseo ). MVP has friendly staff and friendly service. I'm glad I found them.

Mesilla Valley Pharmacy & Consulting stepped up and offered to attach my missing Shetland Sheepdog, SkyeWalker's, flyers to their pharmacy bags. They didn't have to, but they offered their help, when they saw my Facebook posts. Mesilla Valley Pharmacy is a locally-owned business that cares about the community...and even missing dogs. I’m new to New Mexico and prefer independent pharmacies for the purpose of a more professionally intimate experience. MVP provides personalized, caring, urgent services that focus on patient needs and treats you like a person and not just a random, uncared for numbered patient. They are true advocates looking out for your best interest and go above and beyond all expectations unlike patients receive at larger corporate pharmacies whose only goal is to get you in and out so as not to burden their day. I’m so very impressed with the kindness and concern of the staff of MVP in making sure medications are filled promptly and accurately as well as all necessary information regarding meds being provided thoroughly. I feel fortunate to have found a personable staff at MVP who truly cares for their patients as people and not just numbers in a computer. Strongly recommend for those looking for true advocates more that willing to help your pharmaceutical needs while genuinely caring for everyone who enters their pharmacy. I just wanted to say thank you to Manny and the pharmacist who helped a traveler from Montana fill my compounded medicine in which I truly needed. I accidentally left it at home. And they were able to get it filled for me very quickly. Highly recommended beautiful people beautiful place. I am truly blessed to have run into such amazing people who care so much about their and the profession.

Great prices! I'm used to paying around $20 for off brand allergy pills and when I went into MVP I was able to find them for half that price or better! Also, they are a preferred pharmacy on my insurance so I didn't have to worry about my co-pay going up just to support local.

They are like the Chick-Fil-A of pharmacy’s, Amazing customer service and so helpful with a smile. Anytime I have called or needed anything they have gone above and beyond to help. Would highly recommend them!

This is an impressive, new, and local pharmacy. Very professional and personalized patient experience. I had my medications delivered to my home and their pharmacist took the time to answer all of my questions. Prices are the best in town.
