Ramada by Wyndham Springfield North

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this older hotel. Staff was friendly and breakfast was more than sufficient. The two sinks (one in the bathroom and one outside) made it much easier for two to get ready simultaneously. The bed was comfortable and there was even a dehumidifier in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stopped here on our way home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the pool very much. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Carolyn b.

Very friendly service. Location was perfect for our event. Comfortable room and we really liked the separate sink in addition next to bathroom. Wished there was a hot tub by the pool!

I ended up staying here after a tornado and flooding caused a change of plans. Very happy with my decision. Nice and clean. Great breakfast.

Very happy with our experience at Ramada. I booked a room for the weekend for my son, his wife, and two little ones. I had some questions and minor concerns given it’s NYE weekend but Cory reassured me everything would be fine. The room was nice and spacious. We actually had the pool to ourselves on a Saturday afternoon! I joined my family for breakfast Sunday morning and there was plenty to choose from. The grandbabies enjoyed muffins and oatmeal and I had a little bit of scrambled eggs, sausage, and juice. I’m definitely booking again with Ramada when they come back to Springfield.

A little off the main highway but we'll worth the time. Beautiful view of a lake with geese all over it. The breakfast was excellent and well stocked. I will stay here again.

Warning!!! Long review ahead lol. I was in Springfield for a medical issue. I live about 2 hours away and ended up having to stay overnight for surgery the next morning. ( This was totally unexpected) I had to find a hotel quickly for my kids and I to stay a night. Our stay at this Ramada was an awesome experience and a huge relief during a stressful time. It's not the fanciest hotel by any means but it was clean and whatever it lacked in luxury or fanciness it more than made up for with the service. This was hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced in a hotel. For my money, this is by far the best hotel in springfield! Great work guys and thank you for a great experience!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Very clean, friendly staff, EXCELLENT breakfast, well equipped fitness room, nice swimming pool with view of a pretty pond. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Our stay was great! The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made check in easy. The room itself was very clean and looked fairly modern. The pool was also nice as well. Breakfast options were kinda limited but still very good. Working at hotels myself, I tend to judge hotels kinda harshly, but this hotel was very nice and I would stay here again.

Great staff, very clean and reasonably priced. Restaurants close to hotel. "Nicer" restaurants only a 10-15 minute drive.
Will stay again if in the area.

Pool is great for small kids only 3 foot deep around the edges and 5 out in the middle of the deep end. My 5 year old loved it. The Patio and stocked pond are nice too. The rooms are comfortable, the shower is only 6’6 so if you’re super tall they will not accommodate you. Breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. Would stay here over and over.

Very nice hotel. Super clean, very large room. Dove soap were a great amenity. Good wifi and decent sized breakfast. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels.

I broke down on I55 by exit 74. I got towed to CIT trucks and hadn’t slept for 13 hours since the truck could bot start.

Check in was wonderful. Truck drivers get a discount. 😊. The room was really clean and shower had awesome water pressure and hot. The beds were comfy and the remote was the by far the easiest to use of all hotels I have been in.

Check out was also pretty nice. Thank you to all the staff at this Ramada for making my stay so pleasant.

We loved our stay! The staff was accommodating and super nice. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool room was very warm but the pool was a little chilly. Not a big deal though. The view from the room was beautiful and my son loved watching the geese. The breakfast was pretty decent. They had scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. The lady at breakfast was on top of everything and when I asked if she could put in more waffle mix she had no hesitations! The location is nice as well. If we need another hotel in Springfield we will definitely be staying here.

Lovely place. Beds are so comfy. Room was very clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety. Hot breakfast was delicious.

Stayed 4 nights. Room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast had a variety every morning and friendly staff keeping everything replenished. Slept like a baby during the day as a night shifter, so minimal noise despite working opposite most people. Would definitely stay here again!
