Literally the best dentist I have ever gone to. I had a tooth that broke and was in need of an extraction. I made request on their website on Saturday, they called back first thing Monday morning to get me in to be seen at noon. I went in and I was home by 1:30. Extraction complete and no issues whatsoever. I have nothing but good things to say. The staff were so friendly and I was so comfortable throughout the entire process. I personally am someone who has a fear of going to the dentist so it was a breath of fresh air for me. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars they deserve it.

Mrs Dr Putman is my Dentist and she is very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.
The girls up front are friendly and professional BUT my favorite of all times is Nada … she makes me feel so comfortable and has a personality that comes straight from the heart.
When Dr Burris was leaving the practice I told Nada, if you leave I’m following you but I’m so glad I stayed and gave the Putmans a chance, I just love them all 😊

Putman Dental is a family ran business who actually cares about your experience. They are incredible people with the latest technology and education. My family and I are VERY HAPPY we chose Putman Dental. And FYI, their pricing is just as great as their dental work. The Springfield area is lucky to have non-corporate dental offices like this to serve families when they need them like we did. Emergency dental work needed and we were taken care of the next morning where our previous office didn’t even call us back. Thank You Again Dr. Putman and staff!!!

I've had nothing but great things to say about Putman Dental! I've had a cavity filled, three teeth pulled, a partial plate made and have had the best care ever..not even a bit of pain! The partial fits perfectly and I've not had any discomfort at all! The staff is excellent! Dr Burris could not have done any better by leaving his patients in the care of Putman Dental!

I would recommend Putman Dental to anyone! From the moment you walk in the door you are met with smiles and friendly conversation. Professional and kind. What a great husband / wife team! Taylor made me feel like family! I’ll be back!

If you are looking for a dentist, look no further than Putman Dental. Both Will and Taylor are excellent dentists who are super friendly and take great care of their patients. And their staff are all very friendly, nice, and make you feel comfortable and relaxed when sitting in their chair.

Dr. Taylor Putnam and her staff are super. Dental cleaning with Nada is a wonderful experience. Dental experiences when I was a child were horrible and frightening. This office welcomes you and they help you through any procedure you need by reassuring you! Very patient!

It’s not like I love going to the dentist, but everyone makes going to Putman Dental almost fun! They take their time to be sure everything is done right. They are not in my insurance network, but I don’t care. They are worth it!

I had a molar removed by Dr. Putman. I was a little nervous about this procedure. Dr Putman was very calming and reassuring. From the injections to the end there was NO pain!! I was surprised by this, expecting some pain. I will definitely use Dr. Putman for any further work.

I love going to Putman Dental. The hygienist is so relatable and always asks me about my son and knows him by name. This most recent time, I had a sensitivity in my tooth and they were so gentle about the cleaning.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival and made to feel comfortable right away... I was seated 'in the chair' promptly so there was no delay, even though I was early. Next, I was greeted by the dr. who took time to confirm that I understood the procedure, which I appreciated... So far, so good. Then he got busy! In a calm professional manner he tended to my dental needs (4 extractions) in such a manner that I was completely at ease! He's very good. His assistant (Chris?) was capable and competent and the two of them work extremely well together... Within half an hour, they were finished and I was on my way. "Good job!" ... I am age 67 and have experienced several dental 'encounters' over the years and can honestly rate Dr. Putman among the BEST of all the dentists I've dealt with during my lifetime. ~ I definitely and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Putman to anyone in need of a good dentist.

Very positive. Nada is very professional and does a very nice job. Patty at the front desk is very helpful. The dentist is tops. I feel very comfortable there.
