Vern's Auto Repair

Our car was towed to Verns from another shop for an engine issue. It was fixed the day it was towed. We got a call promptly to explain what it was and why it was an issue. Will definitely use in the future for any other issues.

Steve was honest knowledgeable and quick to fix the issue I was having with my car. I Walked in for an appointment, and was given one for the next day, my car was fixed and return to me by the end of the day. The price was extremely reasonable. Only person I'll take my car to from now on.

It’s my second time taking my car to Vern’s auto Steve called me before any thing was done very nice guy he fixed my car both times so I know where I’m gonna continue to go very good honest people thanks guys.

Awesome! I was told by other mechanics that my car wasn't able to be repaired but Vern's did repair it!! Beautifully! Wish I'd gone there sooner.

I have been an ongoing customer here for a while and all I can say is this service makes me feel like family. This is the only place where I don't feel ripped off and comfortable being at. Steve tries to fit you in last minute even when he’s occupied with other appointments. He has always tried his best with my car and the service. I do not like going to any other services due to them ripping you off by selling temporary parts on your car, giving you false information and the way they talk to you. I will forever be grateful for Steve and his crew. This service needs more appreciation than it has.

This place is excellent!! Steve talks with you and tells you the what and why as to what to do and what needs to be done. He has several female customers and that says a lot! These women keep coming back. He treats you like a human being. And he has a since of humor.

Great work and reasonable prices! Friendly staff. We will be back.

Steve is honest and won't upsell what you do not need. Plus his services are reasonably priced. This is my first experience with him and certainly not the last.

Our 2003 Ford Windstar van was on its last leg. Nearly every warning indicator light displayed on the console, and the loud grinding noise that the van produced simply when idling down the road made us strongly consider taking the van to the dump instead of an auto repair shop. I'd heard great things about Vern's, so I figured it was worth dropping the van off to see if it could be repaired. What they accomplished in terms of repairs is mind boggling. The van runs like new, and the cost to have so many issues resolved was mind blowing. I'm a customer for life. Vern's == A+++++

Steve always explains and is always fair. I dont trust many mechanics but I trust him!

The entire team is excellent, have been a customer for a while. Steve amd his team are very courteous and always truthful, the recent trip was for the car alternator acting up, Steve said they only needed to replace the cable amd everything was good. Very prompt and courteous front desk as well.

Steve at Vern's Auto Repair was wonderful! I had never been there before but on a morning when i needed to have my car towed out of the street, i called and he said sure have it brought in. Even as busy as they were, he worked my car in to figure out what was wrong. I know it was quite the headache for him and his team. It is fixed and i have it back AND i have a new mechanic! I won't take my car anywhere else. Thank you Steve, you are a gem 😊

I will never take my vehicles anywhere else while Vern's is in business. The wealth of knowledge Steve and his employees have is incredible. If you don't actually need a repair or to replace every part involved, they will tell you and never try to take advantage. Steve takes the time to explain everything he does.

My check engine light came on. Steve said "we're booked out until the middle of March, but come down either this afternoon or tomorrow morning and I'll do a diognostic check and see what's going on." I now have an appointment to have the thermostat replaced. Steve and his crew are the absolute best!!

Best auto care since my driving began in 1961. Only found Vern's though in 2005. Steve is especially great with female customers. Never talking down to us, explains fully. Prices are reasonable. Best Ever!
