'OneStop' replaced my 75-gallon hot-water heater. The hot-water heater is located in a basement with relatively 'open access'.
The 'OneStop' team arrived at the specified time; evaluated the 'old hot-water heater'; educated me regarding my repair options; replaced / plumbed the new hot-water heater; removed the 'old unit' and cleaned-up after themselves. Alex and team was Professional and respectful of my home during the entire process.
I had 'lost' hot-water on a Thursday night and was unable to restart my 'old heater'. On Friday morning, my 'old' hot-water heater was also leaking on the basement floor - sufficient enough for a wet stain to cross the room to drain.
I used one-of the online 'business review' sites to submit my 'hot-water heater repair-or-replace' request-for-proposal (RFQ) to 'OneStop' - the 'business review' site also submitted my RFQ to other local plumbers. I submitted photos and additional information to 'OneStop' and one-or-two additional companies that responded to my RFQ. I have previously used 'OneStop' for both a (natural) gas leak and plumbing repairs. 'OneStop' is (relatively) "local" and I was happy with the prior service. I chose 'OneStop' because of their previous performance, timely response to my RFQ, proposed equipment / warranty - and they had the best price of those that responded.
This review was submitted two-days after installation - no leaks or post-install surprises!

I scheduled a visit first thing Sunday morning for a furnace issue. A technician came out the next day and found the solution for no additional charge for labor or parts. During the visit, a leak from the water heater was discovered and they recommended that I replace the unit. The same technician came out on Friday of the same week and replaced the unit without any issues for a competitive price. I highly recommend using OneStop Pro based on my experience with them.

I had a clogged shower drain as a result of kitchen sink. Alex was very knowledgeable. He explained what happens and how the rodding process works. He quoted me one price and did not try to add extra items on the bill. I appreciated that being single mother.

We finally caved and turned on the air conditioner, or so we thought. When I checked the unit outside, it was clear that it wasn't working. We called OneStop first thing this morning and Robert was out within the hour to take a look. He was able to bypass the problem and told me that I didn't need to pay to fully "fix" the issue since he'd seen his bypass work for many years. He also told me that I didn't need to replace the unit at this time. I really appreciate how honest he was. I would hate to replace the air conditioner if it's going to continue working for years to come! I'll definitely use OneStop going forward!

Talked to several plumbers for a sump pump replacement, One Stop was really responsive and fair. I spoke with Alex, who was the one that was going to be directly doing the work. He was outstanding, very honest, transparent about solutions and costs, and just did a super clean install. Alex paid attention to the details and now I have a new sump pump system that will be great for years to come. We're so glad we found OneStop Pro! We had a basement drain backup issue and they came out late on a Friday night (Easter weekend). Then they also rescued us in the middle of the night when we had a small basement flood due to the rain. The next week they replaced our old, root-infested clay pipes and hydro-jetted the whole system.
Dan, Alex, and their crew went above and beyond to get us fixed up — and in the worst weather! They made us feel confident and communicated well through the whole project. They cleaned everything up when they were done. These guys are the best. We'll be hiring them to do other projects in the future.

I am blown away by the service I received from One Stop Pro! My toilet wasn't refilling after flushing and was a big source of frustration for my family. I called One Stop and made an appt to check out the toilet. Alex was my technician and he arrived right on time and was such a pleasant and easygoing person to work with. OneStop came to quote replacing a water heater and in 5 mins diagnosed a pressure valve failure meaning I did not need a replacement. He described the steps to replace the valve and recommended I do it myself. I did and my water heater is working again. Rob could’ve just quoted a replacement and made a bunch of money but instead he recommended a solution that didn’t make him any money. Thanks Rob for your help and honesty.
