Kendra and Bob were the best! I had ankle surgery yesterday and was miserable with crutches. Kendra was so knowledgeable with what was needed from my doctor for insurance and made sure I was set up with a knee scooter before the weekend. Thank you for taking care of me!!!

My husband periodically needs oxygen to treat cluster headaches. Bob from Denson Shop has been a tremendous help every time we need it. I think it’s been 3 times over the past 6 years. I recommend Denson highly.

I contacted diferent medical supply stores and I am so glad I got what I needed from Denson's, this was a new experience for me and they helped me through it. Excellent customer service! Bob has gone above and beyond for us, I can't thank him enough. It's a blessing knowing that they will be there for you when you need them.

Had a great experience during this difficult stay at home time. My husband just returned from the hospital and needed to get his walker adjusted to make it safe. Bob was able to make a special trip to stop by an fix it in my garage as not to have to have us leave our home and we could observe social distancing.

Staff was great in their support! They asked questions about the situation so we got exactly what we needed for our "unplanned" surgery and subsequent rehab.
When we were able to secure a wheelchair from another source, for example, they worked with us to reduce our out of pocket costs for their rental.
Highly recommend them for all medical supply needs.

I've been there twice to get my mother's walker in about 2-3 wks for wheels that have fallen off at different times and they not only remembered me but were so nice. They,especially the nice man who fixed the wheels, have truly made my family's day twice. Thank you!

I purchased a hospital bed from Denson's. A couple months later on a holiday weekend it wasn't raising properly and Denson's came out right away to look at it (the problem was operator error). Denson's stood behind their product and delivered exceptional customer service when they could easily have done less. Highly recommended.

My mom is on hospice and her oxygen concentrator went out around an hour ago. I called the emergency number, left a message and got a call back instantly. The old one is already switched out for a new one! That took no time at all. Amazing. All her stuff just switched over from Lincare on Monday, thank god... or at least the guy who came out for the initial delivery and just a few mins ago with the replacement! You can’t put a price on something like that. These people are a w e s o m e

I am thankful that the store is there. Medical equipment all-in-one place. That way we don't have to run around here and there looking for. They have been very helpful volunteered help every time I've been there. That's why I give them a 5 star. I very much appreciate Densons.

This place is about as depressing and dated as the reason why you'd be there. They ran something through an old insurance company and when I called to rectify they didn't apologize. Please update your store, play some upbeat music and try to look like you're engaged in the whole process.
