I LOVE Jeans & a Cute Top Shop! Jill builds a collection of the most fun, beautiful items for someone like ME! I've bought lots of items over the years, but this year I just love the sweater ponchos & jackets she has in the shop. Not only does JCTS have beautiful new clothes, but they have a great collection of like-new boutique clothing too! I've had so many compliments about the most recent sweater poncho I bought a week or two ago. These days, it is more important than ever to support local, independent businesses.
