We just purchased a 2022 Tesla Model Y from Mitch at Fox Valley Motorworks. We live out of state. First time out-of-state buyers experience. We were a little apprehensive since we couldn't drive or see the car. However, Mitch and his team made the experience seamless. Very thorough and felt like he wasn't selling us a car just to sell a car. Mitch was honest and responsive and can tell he takes pride in his inventory. The delivery of the car was perfect, easy and even took/picked up our trade in. The buying process at a traditional dealership is a process and not something we look forward to. Mitch is amazing to work with, sold me a very clean low millage sport, that I fell in love with after my last fusion was totaled. No hidden fees. Honest. If sales manager Mitch Lewandowski lost patience with me at any point during the week-long email interrogation I put him through leading up to my sight-unseen purchase, he didn't let it show (though my willingness to put down a deposit on the vehicle fairly early on in the process probably didn't hurt). He was professional, knowledgeable of the particular vehicle I was looking to buy (a 2003 Ford Mustang SVT "Terminator" Cobra), willing to satisfy every request I made of him, and very transparent in response to my questioning. Mitch was a pleasure to deal with at every step of the way.

I had the vehicle shipped from FVM to my home (I arranged this transport independently), and after putting several hundred miles on it over the last couple of weeks, I can say that it's an awesome machine that never fails to paint a smile on my face! While there did appear to be a few more aftermarket parts on the vehicle than initially described (confirmed by my local Ford dealership technicians during an inspection), this older-yet-low-mileage vehicle still seems to be in all-around great shape.

I found a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland online and saw that it was about an hour and twenty away but at an amazing price, so I packed up and headed north. Being a bit pessimistic from having several horrible experiences with big name dealers I walked in hesitant. Mitch was more than accommodating and very easy to talk to. I was able to take the car on a test drive and actually inspect the car without being bombarded by some sleeve ball w horrible cologne. I fell in love with the car and decided to buy it right then. I was offered a very reasonable price for my rust bucket, signed all the paperwork and drove my new car home without the feeling I made a horrible decision and I am 100% happy and would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.

My experience buying a car with Mitch was hands down the best experience I’ve had! I bought a 2020 Mustang GT, and he made the process very easy. My car didn’t come with a second key. He ordered another key for me and programmed it for free.

Mitch and the team at Fox Valley Motorworks were remarkable from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. I traveled about an hour and a half to look a truck and wasn’t 100% set on purchasing it before I came. Mitch went out of his way to move some vehicles around inside the indoor showroom so that I could get a better look at the truck and despite the rainy weather outside not knowing if I’d buy the truck or not, he had no problems with me taking the truck out for *TWO* test drives.
