Went in for a general inspection and to have my engine guard put back on. Everyone was nice and quick and I will be returning to get some things fixed. Not sure why markup on parts is over 100% for the smaller stuff (spark plugs) but I can replace those on my own ☺. I’d include those in things to get fixed, but $27.48 for something that’s less than $10 is a little high for me, especially when it takes 5 minutes to do (labor was $90, $150/hr).

If you live in the area, these are your guys! We were traveling across country when the stabilitrac warning came on in our car and the power steering froze. Cody and Cody were in the middle of other work, but offered to help us as we could not drive the car. They were able to QUICKLY solve the problem and were so kind. We have had this same problem looked at and have spent $$$$$$ at 2 other shops trying to fix it. We are so grateful and on the road in time to make it home to spend Easter with our family. Thanks for top notch work & for your kindness—10/10 recommend.

Very respectful, and responsive. Also to add there attention to detail was top tier. And no! THEY WONT OVERCHARGE YOU. They simply ask you, what are the next steps you would like to take, and proceed on. They also take the time to show you the problem with your car. And I love that

I’ve been going to Midas in Fairview Heights for over 10 years plus and that service is impeccable but the service I received over the weekend in Collinsville was just superb. Joyce is a gem And personable . I would drive to Collinsville for car service for now on. Thank you so much nothing but fast and friendly service

Wheel bearing went out. Limped it into this Midas just HOPING they did this kind of work. On a Saturday. Yes they did, and did it for a very reasonable price, so I had both wheels done. Truck drives great!! Thank you guys so much!! The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dropped in to see if they had time to replace headlight bulbs. They took the car in and gave it a full inspection. The bulbs were replaced in record time and everything was great. Thanks Josh for reopening the Collinsville site. I have been a customer for years and plan to return with the rest of my household.

This was my first visit at the Collinsville location. Joyce at the front counter was beyond amazing!!! Very polite, greeted me immediately and explained everything my manufacturer recommends based on the mileage of the vehicle and why it is necessary. Very professional and kind!! I will be using Midas for my auto service needs in the future!!

Absolutely love this location! They’re always so nice, they never over sell, straight forward, and never pushes any thing more than what we ask for. Definitely our go to place for our cars!

My right side splash guard came off while on my way from Chicago to Texas. I popped in, hoping for the off chance that they would be able to pop it back on since I didn’t have my tools with me to do it myself. They did it on the spot with no hassle and saved me from more stress down the road (literally).

Everyone that I met was pretty cool customer service was excellent. They were very clear with any additional problems I had with my car. Keep up the good work

Used a Groupon here for an oil change. It was a bit out of our way - but the service and price were great!

They beat the competitors price and did a great job on my brakes.

If you need new tires or any work done on your car I suggest going to Midas. The guys here know what they are doing and are great people to do business with! I will be back for anything car troubles/ and or new tires! I will be recommending Midas to anyone I know!

Great to have Midas in Collinsville open again! Scheduling the appt was easy and convenient, while the service was quick and excellent!

I just needed an oil change and the customer service was amazing. It wasn’t as fast as Valvoline but it was cheaper and they weren’t super busy so I was in and out and it was an overall great experience. I recommend.
